  • Should I be getting paid equally?

I have worked at my current job for a year in Sept. It is a new business and I have been there since they opened. I don't mean to sound full of myself, but I can do everything in almost all the departments of this bakery. I found out months ago that I was getting a dollar less then every other part time employee, even though most started after me. The reason I got for this by the boss was because I was still in high school, I am now graduated and have been 18 since Jan. I have also been moved to assistant cake decorator. I just don't think it is fair that I work my butt of for this business and do the best work I can and everything I am told, knowing every job there is to know there. I have been offered a new job as head cake decorator at another bakery with higher pay, the only thing holding me back is I feel bad leaving the head cake decorator because she has taught me so much and appreciates my work. I don't get along with the head baker very well and he is the reason I saught out this other bakery. I am going to college and will only be able to work weekends and both jobs are willing to work with this, but I have rent to pay, and my wage right know isn't cutting it. What should I do?

  • Want to buy a golf set...?

I'm 5'10-5'11ish and I really want to buy a golf set but I want to make sure that they are tall enough. I used to be on the girls golf team and loved it. I am an intermediate player and am too busy to go golfing all the time so I don't need a really expensive set. I found this set and love them but I think they are in standard length and I don't have enough golf knowledge to know if they will be tall enough what do you think?

  • I got someone fired on accident, and feel horrible...?

At work we don't have a time clock yet so we just write our times down on a note card. Well, a week ago one of the high school employees showed up a half hour late. So another employee and I had to work double time to catch up. Well one of the other employees told me to look at this other employees time card when I had the chance because she had been watching it and noticed that he was lying on his times. I didn't really believe her because we supposed to be honest on our time cards until we get a time clock. Well, when I looked at his time card I saw that he lied by a half hour and said he showed up on time, and I knew that this wasn't the only time he had done so. It wasn't fair for the other workers who do show up on time. So I told another co-worker about it and the boss heard me, he had me show him the time card, and then said that the worker was done. I thought that he would just give him a warning not fire him. This worker doesn't have the greatest work ethic ever and the boss talked about firing him, but I still feel horrible... should I ask the boss to give him a second chance, I don't want other people that I work with thinking that I am going to tell on them for any thing that they do wrong, I like where I work and the people that I work with, it is like a second family.

  • Senior Picture Question involving pets.?

I am getting my senior pictures taken this fall, last year I lost my pets that I loved the most to deaths that were freak and nothing I could do about. They meant the world to me and even tho I have opened my heart to new pets, I still miss them dearly. I had always said that I was going to get my senior pictures with my animals and I am big into photography so I thought, since we live in country on a farm, that I could hang the pictures of my animals that have passes away with string to branches of a tree and then I would stand under the tree with them all around me. I thought that this would be a nice way to have them with me in a senior picture. Does this sound like a good idea for a senior picture or does is sound dumb? Any other ideas? These pets really did me the world to me and I miss them so much, they were my dog, horse and my cow that I raised from a calf.

  • Can Rain Maker be used in the Winter?

I live in Wisconsin, and we can have bad winters, My horse Phoenix has some cracks in his hooves so my mom got me some rain maker for him, I am just worried that if I put it on him that it might freeze, then if it warms up, which is about every other day, to above freezing that it will thaw, then expand again when it freezes, causing more cracks. We had a dry summer and I know that is why he has them, but I just bought him from his last owner a couple months ago and I was more focused on giving him his new name, doctoring up his cuts from getting bullied by other horses, and putting some weight on him, now that I have accomplished all that I want to get his hooves in good condition, so can I use Rain Maker in the winter or should I just wait until Spring.

  • How to properly clean a fly mask?

Hi, my horse was out in the pasture with the cows, I put his fly mask on and he some how got it off and either it landed in a pile of cow crap or a cow crapped on it. anyway it is covered in it. I really don't know how to clean it and i was wondering if i could just throw it in the washer by its self and hang it out on the clothes line to dry... i really want to get it washed because the flies in our pasture are terrible.

  • I need advise about my horse?

Hi, my name is becky and i got my first horse about a year ago. he is six years old and is an appendix. well, i live on a farm and whenever, well most of the time, when my dad has the gates open to do some of his chores my sister and i's horses always get out even if they are no where around when the gate is open. my dad and brother are now threatening to sell them even though i paid for him myself, i really dont know what to do and i cant stand even thinking of my horse getting sold or hit by a car or something on the road when he does get out, i told them to just shut the gates but they never listen. i really need some advise to make my horse stay where he is supposed to be and not on the road please give me some serious advise, and soon, thanks.
