A week and one day ago I had unprotected sex. My period was suppose to start the next day but it didn't and still hasn't. I'm never late on my periods. Is it to early to take a test now? I hear people say wait about a week after missed period but does it still apply when they are only a day apart? Could I take a test now?

5 days ago I started having diahrea and then I started throwing up. I had 103 fever, chills, everything ached, lymph nodes swollen. the next day my throat started hurting really bad, along with really bad headaches ear aches and neck aches. And bad mucous. I stopped throwing up an stuff. medicine barely helps. The only thing the medicine really does is help the pain a little and makes my fever go down. It's the 5th day of being sick, my neck head ears and throat still hurt really bad.

Any idea on what this could be? Please help!

2 nights ago I fell off a fence and hit the ground hard. Every since then I have had pain when I would take deep breathes in My side where my rib is. I initially thought I had hurt a rib. Well tonight my chest started hurting, then my back started hurting, then my stomach. For the past 3 hours I have been in so much pain I can't handle it. Reason I'm thinking differently is bc all of this pain came slowly but fast and out of no where. Please help me! My chest is tight and heavy feeling and it's hard to breathe. I'm pretty sur the fall and this connects. Just don't kno what is goin on

Ok so about 20 hours ago I stepped on something in the grass. when I first stepped on it, it hurt. It felt sharp, it didn't bleed and when I tried to see what it was nothing was there. I woke up the next morning and felt hot and Nascious. I had work all day so I took meds and stuck it out.After work As I was showering It started hurting again pretty bad. I looked down and there was a white blister with a red ring around it. I looked it up on google what it could be and most of the answers were a brown recluse spider bite. Now I'm Rly paranoid. Any ideas on what it could be? If it is a brown recluse bite? Or something else? Plz help!!

I was in the woods last weekend and got home and had a scratch on my leg, it swell around it and was red, next day I started scratching it, now I have what I'm pretty sure is poison ivy all over my body, literally everywhere. Tried oatmeal bath, tried meds, nothing I have done has helped. I'm miserable what do I do ? It is warm to touch

Okay so a few years ago the doctor said I was bipolar(runs jn the family) so he put me on medicine. For some reason I have a hard time getting on my medicine. So I don't take it. My best friend helps me through a lot. I put her threw helllll sometimes with my mood swings. She's always there for me and always helps me but she does get aggravated with it. And even though she's never said it I can tell sometimes she wishes I wasnt her best friend. I've tried fixing myself. It's hard. Even if I do get back on my meds it's an ongoing thing. My question is should I just leave. For her, I'm tired of putting her threw crap. I don't know what to do and leaving is the only thing I think of..
