I had a 16 year old come up to me today and said that he was going to buy a house and that he was going to build an apartment community on it. I asked him when and he said that he was going to start it in a few months. Is it possible for a 16 year old to buy land in Texas. Or is it possible that like he owns a business and is able to do it that way, because then it would be under the businesses name and not his, because I've looked up stories on Google and it said that you could be part of a board or a shareholder if their parents owned the business or something like that. I was wondering if someone, like an actual person, reviews your credit report instead of it going through some sort of algorithm, because I have like several inquiries on my credit report, but they were all from me getting a new car and when I got my new car, they ran my credit with like several different banks, and I have late payments on some of my credit cards, but that was like almost 5 years ago and I have a good reason that I could explain to a person, rather than to an algorithm. 

So I have a late payment on a credit card from Capital One, it was in August 2020 and it was the only late payment that I have made. I have since paid off my balance and the account is now closed. Would it be possible to send a pay for delete letter to Capital One to request for it to be removed from my credit report, and if so do you think that they would honor it. Or should I try calling the customer service department before I send a letter to them?

So there was this one time that I drank a lot of vodka and I ended up throwing up and now whenever I taste, let alone smell alcohol it makes me want to throw up. I have tried different types of it and even like Mikes Lemonade make me want to barf.

Okay so I'm having issues with figuring out what movie I'm thinking of

So it was like these two girls or whatever, and one day this lady

asked the other lady if she could pick up her son from school or

whatever and the second lady never came and got her son that night. I

think that the first lady gave the kid to his dad and the first lady

tries to go out there and find out where she went and I think that she

ended up killing her sister and drowning her in a lake or whatever.

She ends up finding her and she was arrested. And also the second lady

was leaving the first lady like notes or something to help find her or

whatever. And the reason why the second lady dissapeared was I think

because she got a letter or something at her work and it was like a

picture of her and i think her sister? It was released in 2017-2018

and I tried to look for it online and googling all of the movies that

were released through those times but I couldn't find it.

Hi people. Recently my childs identity was stolen by his step-dad and was wondering what I should do. I have already filed a claim online on identitytheft.gov and the Social Security Administration, and was wondering what should I do next?

My mom and dad got divorced when I was like 2 and after that, she got married to my stepdad. He turned out to be an alcoholic and abusive. Since then he drinks not as much but still does it. He has become more verbally and physically abusive when he started to drink less, and now he has cheated on my mom like 5 times and he always makes her believe that if he leaves her that we won't be able to make it. And one time I tried to tell my mom and she asked him and then he came up to me and threatened me that I need to stop lying and if I don't then I won't like what happens next. I am tired of him controlling my mom and my family and I just want him to be out of my life.
