japan has a surplus of (I do not know) may be millions of cars. Would it be wise for them to get rid of them at 20% and get all the money that Tata plans to invest on the production of new cars?

The basic reasoning should be that when there isn't enough money around there should be more jobs to create wealth. And actually when there is enough money or too much money around "ha" people should be laid off to "hey take it easy - Relax!"

I know that when there is enough money around - it is distributed as more jobs can be accommodated, but when there is not enough money - sorry no chance to create more. So the system by which money is created and consumed does not make sense.

Here is a simple plan. Give back the one trilion dollar directly to the american people. That is roughly equal to an average of 1,000,000 dollar for each 3 person (average family) of the 300 million people of usa.

I am interetested in knowing how in general the brain is organized to tackle problems. I have a feeling that the Chinese - have more practical ways of solving a problem. They are weaker in "Concept" building but very dilligent in solving each problem at a time - practically.

That is the reason that everything Chinese looks very clumsy and complicated at first but if each part is studied carefully it has a practical purpose. It is more like do make do make and you have a product. Even there writing is symbol for one word.

And they invented almost everything before the west did but never got to improve it to the level the West did.

I am tired of searching for the "purpose of lfe". I think it all sums up to "our desire to be happy - at all times". So what is happiness. can all the living beings on earth be Happy at all times. At least in Theory, so that we can work on it?

Do I understand this financial breakdown correctly?

The US consumers have been fueling the world economy by producing and consuming the most - enabling technological advances as financial backing seems feasible for marketing every need of the consumers. That is the good part.

In recent decades the producing part has dwindled due to China and may be lack of any major breakthrough in technological advances. However, the consumption still goes on.

The mortgage loans offered by the US banks (note - highest value consumption) were backed by banks all across Europe China and Japan. Now all these banks shall have to write off these loans - Total of Billions of Dollars !!!

If this is correct I wonder if there isn't enough data and advanced mathematical methodology to predict and avoid this. We have super computers to monitor the workings of Nuclear Bombs - how about creating one to save these billions - a lot of good can be done with that kind of money. What do you say?

I think the challenge is to re-build the railway system of India to the highest standard in the world - still the cheapest means of travel by kilometer - orbuild / improve the metro system in the big 4 cities of India.
