I'm not saying the doctors don't have any fault, but in the end its the addict that chooses to take the medication. For example in the michael jackson case, I do think the doctor is at fault for giving him a dangerous drug, but did he see michael out? Did he call him up and say "hey I want to give you this medication?" I don't thin so, michael saught him out. And in the anna nichole smith case, she went to the doctors, they didn't suddenly call her up out of the blue.

Bottom line is, when someobdy hires a hitman, are they not at fault for hiring the hitman in the first place?

I'm an adult, but it meant a lot for my parents to get me a gift this year for christmas, even though they couldn't really afford to. They bought me an mp3 player, and i've had nothing but problems with it. I've looked at the reviews for it, and it really does suck. When I first started having problems with it, my mom broke down into tears apologizing and saying it was the best she could afford. I really don't want to hurt her feelings, and I appreciate the gesture, but they got ripped off. I would have been much happier with a cheaper player. Should I just live with it? Or is there a polite way, without hurting their feelings, to explain that this is really just a bad player, and I need to exchange it?

For the record I didn't even want, or expect any gifts this year. My parents just felt bad because my last mp3 player was stolen by a family friend so he could buy drugs, and they wanted to replace it because they felt bad that they let the guy come over.

Ok for the record I am in no way promoting inscest, nor do I think it is right, moral or anything like that. But if a brother and sister "fall in love" why is it looked down upon in society? And once again, I personally think its gross and wrong, but beside that why is it illegal?

Or is it the legal aspects that come with it? Cause I know for a fact that many people that are voting against same sex marriage, are just voting against the word. If same sex unions were legalized, with all the benefits, and tax penalty's that marriage under its current definition come with would those fighting for same sex marriage be satisfied?

I'm not talking about those weird "compounds" where woman, and children are forced to marry. I'm talking about a group of adults that want to willingly commit their lives to each other. As long as the people know what they are getting into, and can afford to support any children that result from said union, shouldn't they be allowed to do it?

My friend and I are debating, I am guessing it can hold around 20k, he says over 100k... who is right?

Trying to fill up my new mp3 player, and i'm running out of ideas. No country please.

It breaks my heart when they bring me these "gifts" especially when they are not quite dead, and obviously suffering. Is there a humane way to dispose of them, while not causing them anymore pain?

I have been asked to take pics for a party that someobdy I know is having. He is going to buy the memory card,and possibly the flash but i'm not 100% sure what to get. My 4gb card can hold around 700-800 pics on the highest quality setting. I would really rather not bring my laptop, so i'd like a larger card. The one I have is a san disk pro. I'm not sure how much I am going to shoot that night, and would rather not have to bring my laptop as the even will be at a club.

I'm not sure if I am going to purchase the flash myself, or make him pay for it. So I also need the name (or names) of some good affordable external flash's since the club will probably be fairly dark, and i'd like good quality photo's.

I got a small heart tattooed on my wrist almost 4 months ago, and ever since its been very itchy. The tattoo is about the size of a quarter. My mom got the same tattoo, and her's is fine. Could it be the dye they used is bothering me? Or am I allergic to it all together?

I recently found out that my 12 year old cousin has been suffering from chronic bladder infections for at least the past year. Her mother does not seem too concerned, they just take her to the doctor and she gets antibiotics. Personally, this does not seem normal to me. I'm in my late 20's and have only had 3 in my entire life.

I just can't imagine this being normal, and am worried about her. Is there anything serious that could cause this? Other then antibiotic's, and cranberry juice is there anything else she can do to stop this? Should her mother be more concerned health wise? All information is greatly appreciate.

The way I learned it, mega pixels aren't always good, especially in smaller cameras. Now the way I learned it could be way off, but I was told that especially in more compact cameras, they have smaller processors, and the more info they try to jam into it actually takes away from picture quality.

So if thats right, why do so many people think they need a camera with the highest possible mega pixels?

I really don't mean to sound insensitive, or anything like that, i've just always wondered why they try to keep their hair dry? Can they wash it at all?

I am really starting to think I have some sort of a virus. My computer will play music out of nowhere, make strange sound effects (animal noises for example) and just a few minutes ago it started sounding like I was watching a sitcom, yet I had nothing open at the time. Should I be worried? And if there is something wrong, how do i fix it?

I honestly don't see the problem with it. I don't agree with the cult like compounds that force woman and young girls into marriage. But what is so wrong with consenting adults wanting to live together, and share one man?

Personally I couldn't live this lifestyle, but if people want to, is it really so wrong?

Is it really necessary to take classes? Does trial and error work? Learning from a mentor? I really want to improve my skills, but can't decide the best route to go.

I always feel bad when there are two or more equally good answers to a question. So I was wondering how other people narrowed it down and chose?

I personally think any violence is wrong, man or woman, you shouldn't hit. But men seem to be held to a higher standard. To some point shouldn't you not be surprised to get hit if you hit somebody? I actually witnessed a fight between my friend and her husband. She tried to smack him up side the head with a dinner plate, and he saw it and grabbed her hand, she got bruised, and he went to jail. Everybody got pissed at him because he "hurt her".

I have seen so many out there, I want to know the names of some good ones. Please don't just send me links to lists of them, I have seen them. I want to know which is worth having, and which isn't.

Oh and if it helps, I use mostly nikon, i'm more interested in digital photography, though film photography does interest me. As for the types of photographs I like, I like them all.
