How to arrange surds in descending or ascending order of magnitude ?

For the past many years I feel some phlegm has been blocking in my throat. Now this feeling has been intensified, now at night i feel a little bit uneasiness in breathing also. Very often I have to expel the phlegm by straining my throat. I have to take deep breath often in night times and my sleep is also affected. I have consulted the doctor and taken endoscopy also. Doctor suggested that due to acidity in my stomach, the excess acid at times reaches up to the throat air valve and weekens the valve. He advised to avoid oil, spicy, fatty food items for some time and also prescribed some medicine(Antacid gel) also. I am following his instruction for the past one week. But still I have my own doubt whether this abnormality is due to acidity or something else. If any body came across such complications, please suggest me the remedy.

My wife suffers from short lived excruciating pain near the side of her left knee. The pain lasts only for few seconds but proves to be intolerable. This pain comes twice or thrice a weak on an average. She is working as primary school teacher. The very working environment for her is to sit on the floor while teaching children. She underwent Cesarean operation twice 12 years ago. She had also suffered of Arthritis in her young hood days. What is the reason for this. If anybody knows the remedy please suggest.

I always feel something like cough sticking in my throat. This increases whenever I take food in hotels or take water outside. At times I find my breathing is also little bit affected. I feel to insert some stick like object into my throat to clear the block. What is the reason for this ? If any one knows please suggest the remedy.

While using magnetic induction stoves the vessel kept on the stove does not heated up instead the content in the vessel gets heated up. This process seems very unnatural and I doubt whether cooking in such stoves does harm our health.

My wife has been suffering from severe head ache for the past 15 years. She is working as a primary school teacher.The sevearity is more during menopause days. I tried all medicines but nothing is yielding any result. When it attacks her slight swelling is noticed in the face below eyes. The pain is extremely untolerable and she feels both the eye balls are squeezed out. The pain spreads to the back of the neck region also. When consulted with doctor he says that this is allrgetic synus and there is no remedy for it. But still I believe that there must be some remedy in this earth. When the world of medicines doing miracles, why this simple ailment can not be cured. If any body knows a sure and certain way to cure this please suggest. It will be of great help for me.

Yesterday night at about 1am while i tried to get up from my bed for urination, suddenly I felt some liquid was soaring up inside my food pipe and within seconds I could not breath. This may be due to temporary blockage of my food pipe/ air pipe as may be the case. When I forcibly tried to inhale I could not do so, heavy snoring like sound started. Then I myself gave a jolting with my palm on my head. Then I was able to breath easily. What is the reason for this.
