  • How can I get my husband excited about his new job?

Last year my husband went through a period of unemployment after being laid off from a job he was at for 8 years. Since then he has tried to start his own business, but he hasn't really made any money yet. Now, we are expecting our first child together. It's a really exciting time! But, it means he has to give up his business to seek employment. He was just offered a job at a very prestigious tech company. This is a really well-known company and offers amazing benefits and perks. He excepted the job, but he doesn't seem too thrilled about it. I think it's a great opportunity not only for him but for our new family. This job is going to pay really well, offer incredible benefits, and it's a place where he can grow and advance relatively quickly. By taking this job he will be able to provide for our family and he should be proud and grateful for that. But, he seems kind of bummed about the whole thing. Tonight we went out to dinner with his family and he didn't want to mention his new job at all. So, I brought it up and everybody got really excited and congratulated him. But, he kind of passed it off like it wasn't a big deal and ended the conversation quickly. It's almost as if he is ashamed to be working for someone else again. He told me he feels like a "dancing monkey." I don't really understand what he meant by that. How can I convince him that this is a great thing for our family and how can I get him excited for the great new life ahead of us as a result of this?

  • Should Speedos make a comeback?

I think it's time speedos made a comeback in America. I'm not talking about for fat, hairy guys. But, younger, good looking guys that are somewhat lean and fit. Women have been flaunting there bodies on American beaches for decades while guys have been frumping around in baggy shorts and tank tops. Would you mind if more guys hit the beach this summer in sexy speedos?

    Example:

  • Girls in Bikini = HOT! But what about...?

It's summer and it's beach season. I noticed that a lot of women are wearing these very small bikinis. Ones that barely cover their butt cheeks. Some are even wearing thongs. But, guys are still wearing long shorts. You could almost make an entire women's swim suit out of just the pockets of a guys boardshorts. But, if guys wear anything else, say a Speedo or something, it's considered weird and gross. Why is it that women wearing skimpy bikinis are considered sexy and hot, but guys are only allowed to wear the long shorts? Also, I noticed a lot more guys wearing shirts even when swimming in the water. Why is that? I think it's weird.

  • Why are girls swim suits so small compared to guys?

My gf and I went shopping for summer clothes at the mall today. We both got new bathing suits. It was funny because we both started talking about how the swimsuits for her are so small compared to the ones for me. We figured that we could make her entire bikini top and bottom out of just the pockets of my swim shorts. Back in the day, it was the other way around. Guys wore short tight trunks and women wore one-pieces. Just a funny observation on the times we live in. What do you think?

  • Where does your boyfriend usually ***?

When you and your BF are "doing the business," where does he usually "finish?" Inside you? On your stomach? Boobs? In your mouth? Is he wearing a condom or are you on BC?

  • Dating for over a year and still single. What's wrong?

I am a fairly good looking, independent, 30 year old man. I work full time as an engineer. I'm 5'9" tall and a lean 155lbs. I was married for 7 years, divorced 3 years ago. No kids. Over the last year I have been dating a lot. I have dated over 20 different women. Some older, some younger. Some already with kids, some without. Most of them have been setups from friends who want to see me in a relationship. A few women I met on dating sites. I think I might be doing something wrong tho. I go on a few dates with these women and they all lose interest by date 3 or 4. Some seem to be going really well. Kissing, making out, holding hands. Then a few days later they say the chemistry isn't there and they want to be friends only. A couple of these women told me they were not ready for anything serious, then I see them on Facebook a few weeks later in a new relationship with different guy. I am beginning to wonder if I am doing something wrong here. Over the course of the last year, many of my friends have been in and out of multiple relationships. Yet, I am still single. I'm trying to figure out why. Why does this come so naturally to everyone else, yet prove to be such a challenge for me?

  • What to text a girl I just met?

I met this girl last night at an Irish pub. We danced and held each other close. She seemed really into me and I was totally into her. We didn't kiss tho. She gave me her number. I was going to text her today, but wasn't sure what to text. I was thinking something like this...

"Hi [her name here]! Dancing with you last night was the highlight of my week! I'd like to see you again. Can I call you tomorrow afternoon?"

  • Why can girls wear bikini's at the beach?

Why is it totally acceptable for a girl to wear a skimpy bikini that looks like nothing more than underwear to the beach, but a guy can't get away with a speedo, or even a square-leg like this: http://www.2xist.com/ufiles/SWIM/2xist-swim-cabo-t...

This picture shows what I mean:

    http://cdn.acidcow.com/pics/20100521/israeli_beach...

Notice what the girls are wearing, now look at the guy. I mean, you could make an entire girl's swimsuit out of HALF of one leg of the guy's boardshorts. lol! I think it's goofy how guys wear these huge drapes and girls wear these tiny strings.

  • Is this an acceptable swimsuit for the beach?

I think it looks cool. It's a bit daring and sexy. I was thinking of trying it this summer here in Southern California.

For reference, I am 5'9" tall, 155lbs, and lean. I'm about the same size as the model, but not as muscular. According to the site, the model has 39" chest and 32" waist. I have 38" chest and 33" waist.

  • Are electric motorcycles cool?

So, I am shopping for my first motorcycle. I was looking at a few bikes. A Ducati Monster 696, a Ninja 600, and a 2013 Zero S (not 2012). The 2013 Zeros have different motors and batteries that give it near 600cc equivalent performance and a 130+ mile range at a top speed of 95MPH. I am a huge EV enthusiast and I currently drive an all-electric car. I'd love an EV motorcycle like the Zero S, but there is one very important factor to consider... the "cool" factor. Do you think EV bikes like the 2013 Zero S are as cool as those other petrol bikes? Or, would the ladies be more inclined to hop on the back of a noisy ICE bike?

  • Chest hair, or smooth chested on a guy?

My friends and I had this debate last night. Do ladies prefer guys to have chest hair, or to have it waxed? My older friends said hairy, but my younger friends said waxed. I thought it was interesting.

  • Girls, do you like it when your guy has hairy chest and hairy arms?

I am a guy, and I have pretty hairy arms, legs, and chest. It's not that there's a whole lot of it, like a Bigfoot or anything. But, it's thick and corse. I've always been pretty self-conscious about it. I feel like an animal. I know people say I shouldn't be, but sometimes I feel gross. I was thinking about shaving it off, but my friends say that would be weird and girls wouldn't like it. Do girls like it when guys are hairy? Or, do you prefer guys to be clean-shaven all over?

  • Girls, do you like if a guy compliments your toenails?

I met a really hot girl in the elevator on my way to my apartment today. I think she just moved in. Anyway... I saw her and froze up. I tried to stay cool and calm, but all that came out of my mouth was "I like your toe nails." I really did like them... but, I was wondering if it came off creepy or weird. She just said "oh, thank you! I worked hard on them."

So, girls, what do you think? Is it cool when a guy compliments your toe nails, or creepy?

  • Girls, are these swim trunks too tight for a guy?

    http://www.andrewchristianshop.com/ProductImages/P...

I hate baggy ones. These seem to be okay to me, but I don't want to scare away the ladies. lol.

  • Ladies: your opinions for a guy?

I am looking for women's thoughts. I have a hot date next week. I am 30 (male), my date is 28 (female)...

Is this okay, or is the V too deep:

I was gonna wear that with grey skinny jeans and converse.

Also, what do you think of these:

  • Single ladies: Is it cool when a guy goes commando?

You get the guy in the bedroom, unzip is jeans and you realize he isn't wearing boxers underneath. Cool, or uncool?

  • Single Ladies: Do you think guys should wax/shave their body hair?

I was noticing all the male models are completely hairless nowadays. Do women prefer men to be waxed or shaved all over? Legs? Chest? Arms?
