95 mitsubishi eclipse gsx high idle ?
when car is cold the engine idles normal at 700-800 rpm, when it warms up the idle is between 2000 and 3500rpm. been told it could be the idle air control valve on the back of the throttle body, but not too sure. any help would be nice.

left him in my brothers care for a year while finishing school and returned 2 weeks ago to find his toes gone. is there anything i can do about this other that seing if they will grow back on their own? he also changed the cage on me making it smaller. was a 50 gallon tank, now 20 gallon.
