hi there your brother obviously hasnt been checking his shedding has he!! if the shed has been left on his toes it cuts off the circulation and eventually after a long time they drop off.please make sure you have a good moisture box inside the tank for him asap and keep it damp so he can shed properlly, give him a warm bath(not deep) to help his skin soften again, keep doing this until you have his sheds under control.the toes and nails will never grow back.just make sure there are no open wounds.other then that he will be fine!! he has just been neglected.try tying an elastic band around your brothers toes for a year and see how he likes it!!!!

As long as the feet don't turn black or the rest of the toes turn black then he should be fine. If they do, take him to he vet for a workup. My bearded dragon only has one toe on his back foot the rest are gone and he is perfectly healthy and runs around.

his toes are gone? or his toe nails? nails are ok. I have beardies and if they are missing toes it means they have a calcium deficiency
