I'm hoping to mark geography this year for edexcel and was just wondering how many hours a day you roughly have to spend in order to meet the targets.

So that it would call the number etc. and people could sit around and play while it's being projected on a screen? Preferably a free one as the night's for charity.

And have you ever visited an area because of it's cosmopolitan appeal? (I'd say places like chinatowns don't count as they only display one sort of culture).

I'm just wondering how much it differs from country to country. I'm particulalry interested in Finland, as I've just got back from visiting and was told it was cheap. I live in a two bed flat in England and probably pay around £50 a month for gas and an additional £50 for electricity. What about everyone else?

Is there an equivalent for ireland (North and South)? Only the interrail ticket doesn't really seem to be value for money if you have to pay for a flight and a ticket for both contries.

What solution is it that they put your drop of blood into to see if it sinks or floats?

The government have reacted to criticism of out-of-town developments and have produced “the revised Planning and Policy Guideline (PPG) 6 legislation has also tightened up on out-of-town developments.” (Birkin et al, 2002, p.41)

I see myself as more of a positivist in the way that I approach different themes and I felt that geography provided more scope for me to do this.

“The pall of smoke which hangs over theses towns has blackened the houses of red brick […] and has given them a particularly dingy appearance” (Engels, 1971).

Please bear in mind that I haven't done maths for more than 3 years so I am having trouble understanding the instructions.

Please can someone help?

The internet works fine when I use a straighforward connection, but when I try and use wireless it doesn't work properly. When I turn on my laptop for the first time, the internet symbol of the two computers at the bottom right hand of the screen shows an exclamation mark and I have to restart my wireless finder to find any network. When it finds the network, it actually connects to two networks and tells me it can't get to the internet because I'm connected to 2 networks. If I try and close 1 connection, both are lost. I then have to restart my computer and when it reboots, the internet comes on fine.

Please help me as I'm sooo confused.

I work as a cleaner in the evening at a garden centre an turned up to work on sunay, only to be told that there was no cleaning that evening. Nobody had informed me of this. They've now told me I wont be paid for that evening. Do I have any rights in this situation?

Ps. I live in England if that changes my rights.

I'm 18 and considering buying a scooter/moped (not sure what the difference is). I'm interested in how much they cost (just for a simple, second hand one), how much fuel costs and what the process is for insurance, tax et. and how much that costs as well.

Also, what's the deal with the scooter course thingy? Do you have to take it, or only if you want a really fast scooter. How much does the course cost and how long is it?

I've got a recipe which cooks the pasties at 220 for 20 mins then at 160 for 40 minutes. Is that long enough for the steak to cook or do I cook it first?
