Aight, so I pitch in fast-pitch softball, which you really need hardcore leg muscles to excel in. I'm on a good track, but I want to get to the next level. I'm usually good with helping people on things concerning fitness, but I'm gonna need some help with this one.

I've been running and doing Pilate's close to everyday for the past four or five months. Once summer started, I joined a gym for weights. Now I run everyday and lift at least four times a week, which is probably not enough. However, I'm unsure of how much I should be doing.

Can you recommend the length and intensity at which I should be running and how many reps and such I should be doing weight wise?

I don't know if it really matters or not, but in case it does...I weigh 133 lbs and am roughly 5'6 1/2. I'm not concerned with my weight going up as long as I'm working out and staying healthy. I know muscle weighs more than fat, so I'll be fine if my weight starts to go up some.

Hey guys, I am in need of some help for a paper I have to write about Patrick Henry's "give me liberty, or give me death." speech. For my american history class, I have to write a newspaper article about it, as if we went back in time, and witnessed it happening.

Thing is, though, my teacher didn't teach us about Patrick Henry and his speech. So I have no ******* idea why he made this speech or anything. Could any of yins help me out?

So for Halloween, I was planning on being a dead rock star. However, I'm not sure who to go as. I know most of you are thinking Janis Joplin (and maybe even Nancy Spungen), but I'm looking for other ideas.
