How much to charge for showing apartment?
I live in a house where I rent the first floor and basement. Above me on the second and third floor is another apartment. The people upstairs are moving out and since my Landlord lives kind of far away, she asked if I could be there to show people the place.
She will be doing all the scheduling and emailing the times to me. So all I need to do is be here, show people the apartment.
She told me to think about how much I wanted for the job, but I have no idea what to ask. I don't want to annoy her and ask for too much, but it'd suck if I asked for like $5 per showing and she was willing to pay more.
What do you think I should ask?
4 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoVet gives cat cerenia?
We took our Cat to the vet because she was throwing up a lot. The vet gave her an injectable of Cerenia and some expensive X-rays. Results? Cat is "fine".
Several hours later, the cat is at home, and begins to meow violently. Once we address the cat too see whats wrong she becomes lethargic and is drooling a lot. She then starts to get "spaced out" she doesn't look at anything, she doesn't react to us moving around her she just lays there.
We take her back to the vet, same thing happens. Vet gives her Cerenia, takes more X-rays. A few hours goes by and she seems okay, sends her home.
Cat is home for a while, meows. Drools, Lethargic, Scared. Oh did I mention she hasn't eaten anything for the 2 days since she got her first dose of Cerenia?
So the vet's advice is give her more Cerenia (half a pill once a day for 2 more days).
Any second opinions?
