Ok, most of us is probably familiar with the movie cliche "the local government or police agency fighting with FBI over jurisdiction and/or whos taking over" kinda thingy. I know its only in the movies so pls dont answer me "its only in the movies." surely there must be some reason on to why the locals dont want FBI interference. Now, i noticed this doesnt solely happens to FBI but also when high level government branches like CIA and whatnot takes over. whats this fuzz all about? just curious :)) cheers!

of the other vehicle that is involved in my accident. can somebody tell me how the process goes and what are the documents i need to bring in the police station? will they be able to tract that vehicle? if yes, how long? can i file a claim on that vehicle's insurance company for my damages?

Ok... i was on the highway on my way to school and then suddenly a construction truck blew his tire off. i couldn't avoid the tire heading directly to me. my front bumper was wrecked! including part of my AC and my fuel tank has a dent on it (which is located on the rear end of my car). i have the plate number of the truck and the company in NY that owns it. if i give this to my insurance will they be able to track down that truck??? just by its plate number? i dont want to file a police report cuz that will give me insurance points.

so thats my plan! i have 2000!! on my deductible and im hoping for settlement from that truck company rather that paying that 2000!... if you guys have other suggestion please feel free to say it! i need all the help i can get! :(

ok, i had an accident about a year ago and i already told my insurance about it. so my question is, am i responsible to get my own lawyer when the plaintiff filed a lawsuit on me? or is it the insurance company's problem??? cuz i got a summon from a court and should i forward this to my insurance company??

ok. so im planning to have a wireless router and i know most of them have 4 wired connections. i prefer the wired connection on my 2 PCs (XP) but i have a PDA (palm TX) and a laptop (XP) also that id like to be in a wireless connection. can i use BOTH wired and wireless connection on the wireless router at the SAME TIME??? will it cause any problem??? btw a cable company provides my connection

ok i bought a usb headset thinking i could use it to hear my in game sound because i setup my video output through HDMI to DVI-D... how can i setup my headphone to direct the sound there?? is this even possible??

ok, so i was driving one foggy early morning exceeding about 10 mph above speed limit somewhere in NJ. I was pulled over and given my first ticket and the police officer told me i can go to the prosecutor's office to see if i can reduce my points. to cut to the chase, this is my first time, if ever, to appear on court or have something to do with this kinda thing. And since that day im receiving letters from lawyers telling me they can help, with a fee of course, to reduce my points or even take out those points. Any of you guys have any advice on me?? do i need a lawyer? is there a free lawyer in my municipal court?? cuz i really can't afford a lawyer right now! im working part time and go to school part time...
