How can I get my 13yr old Chihuahua to stop peeing in his crate? He was crate trained when I got him 3 years ago...and did well when I was gone for the day.

I have been unemployed, and around the house a lot more, and now whenever I leave, and for a while, even put a blanket in his crate to keep him warm....but he started peeing on the blankets so I took them out. He pees in his crate pretty much every time I leave him, despite the fact that I took him out to do his business (and he does it) before I left.

Lately, I have been resorting to putting pee pads in his crate when I leave so that it will soak up any messes he makes (that's probably not the best thing, I know...) but now every time I come home...the pads are not only wet, but shredded up....I'm so frustrated at this point...I'm having to rinse out his crate every day!! I just don't know what to do to re-train him....any suggestions.

Just curious what section they sit in this year?

Does anyone have a copy of the chords for this song? I haven't been able to find them (free) online anywhere.

I recently took a typing test for a placement agency. The Rep told me that I topped out at 69wpm with a 95% accuracy, but didn't tell me exactly what my wpm is.

I need to change the lightbulb in the ceiling fan in my apartment. It currently has a 60V bulb in it (it was in there when I moved in, so I assume that it's a 60V socket...not sure though) Is it safe to put a 100V bulb in there, or should I stick wtih a 60V, which obviously wouldn't give out as much light

I have a 10-yr old Chihuahua. Whenever he lays down on my lounger next to me, he starts licking the cotton slipcover on my chair. He has a continuous flow water bowl, so he has water to drink. Why does he do this? Is it something I should worry about? A symptom of something serious?

How do I re-crate train my Chihuahua? I had put a water jug on the outside his crate because I didn't want him to get thirsty during the day...but I think that has "un-done his crate-training as he has started wetting his bed that I put in is crate.

I have taken the water bottle off of his crate...what else can I do re-train him not to pee in his crate?

I submitted my resume thru a jobsite for a position that I am extremely interested in. The posting provided the Hiring Manager's name, address and phone number (not the email address as I stated in my last question), however, I simply "applied" thru the jobsite.

I have a template to use for a follow up letter/fax...but now I am wondering if I should call and leave a voice mail message instead?

I want to send the Hiring Manager a follow up email regarding my resume, and to display my strong interest in the position...but I don't know what to say...I am not very good with cover letters.

Any suggestions or sample cover letters of this kind that I can copy and reformat with my information?

and are even calling me at work now...and having me paged in the office, which could jepoardize my job... I took a 10K pay cut moving from one State to another for this job, have my tax deductions maxed up to 10 just to be able to afford my apartment and living expenses. Was thinking of calling after hours and leaving him message explaining this, and asking him not to call me again....but then thought maybe not....Should I continue to ignore the calls.

I am planning on taking my chocolate fountain into the office on monday, and this is the first time using it. i am planning on getting strawberries, shortcake, and marshmallows for dippers...what else would you suggest as dippers?
