I am currently trying to not eat meat at all... I was wondering what else I might have to do to become a vegetarian and what exactly is the difference between a vegan and a vegetarian? I would like a website that can tell me what, if I decide to become a vegetarian, I can and can't eat, or something like that. Yup:) Thx!

I have extreme flat foot, which is because my arches are falling because there is no cartilage left to support the bones... So the doctor suggests that I have them fused... I have a few questions: Have you or anyone you know ever had bones fused??? Did it turn out well??? Are you in any pain now??? What doctor did the surgery??? I am having my surgery done at U of M in Ann Arbor, MI by Dr. Kadikia. What are your thoughts???
