My Mother was just sent papers saying that her ex-husband is naming her as a creditor. The only thing he pays her is spousal support. From what i have read he cant do this, how do we prove this. We live in Colorado and the papers say she must attend a meeting in the Oregon-Washington area which we have no way of getting her there. What are our options. We have until December 1.

I Moved in to a new apartment in March did the walk through and put on the paper of things to fix that there are no screens on the living room and master bedroom windows. At first they said no problem they would get on it. Then when i went in to put in another work order told me that they wold be fixing them when it warmed up. So here it is nearing the end of July and they have still not put the screens up normally this wouldn't be such a big deal. But now I have wasps coming in my house. I have a two year old, a three month old and I am allergic to them. how can I make the apartments put in the screens so my family can be safe? I am about at the point where i will just buy screen and tape it to the windows.

My cat sleeps in a box at night because she will not behave and i don't have a room to put her in. She has started pooping in it just about every night. I have tried putting her in the litter box before we go to sleep, its not helping. I am pregnant so i can't clean it out till my husband gets home. Please help!

I need to be able to accommodate at least 150 people on this budget. W both have large families so i could only cut maybe thirty people. Please help i am running out of ideas. Thank you in advance to all who answer.

My ex and i are going to a mediator to talk about and make parenting plan. I was wondering if i can have things like "he can't see the baby if the child support is not paid" "He must have his own diaper bag and a playpen for the William to at least sleep in when he has him"

Can i put these kind if things in?

Every time he picks him up my won yells even louder, which frustrates my husband. This makes my son even more mad and then i have to hold my son to calm him down. And my husband feels he hates him.
