A jury summons says you are exempt if you are over 70 yrs. old. Does being 70 plus 2 months make you exempt?

On a baby's first birthday he/she is one yr. old. When he/she is 13 months old doesn't that make them over one yr. old? In my opinion the next day after their 1st birthday, they are over a yr. old.

Why when I asked a question and added comments about it did I get a violation notice & the question was deleted because they call it chatting? Haven't you seen this before? Will I get a violation for asking more than 1 question? What are your thoughts on this?

My total income, which is survivors benifits, and a small retirement check come to less than $18,000. a year. I do have a couple of CD"s that earn a little interest. I spoke with IRS and was told my stimulas check would only be $300. They said it was based on your income. I know people that earn more than me and they got the full $600. What is wrong with them? I should get $600. Not just $300. My income is less. What should I do about this? Who do I talk to?

I've been seeing a guy for almost 3 yrs. I love him & know he loves me. The problem is that he is VERY deep in debt. will probably never get out of it. I've met someone with no debt, plenty of money but am not too attracted to him. I think I could love him in time. I am interested. Would you go for the guy with lots of debt since you love him, or try to love the one with money? Since you are attracted to him should you give him a chance? I'm not sure the attraction is to him or his money. I'm fine on finances for the rest of my life, but it would be nice to have more. Would you choose either one or keep looking??

I eat anything chocolate. Candy or Ice Cream. Second choice is chips and a hot cheese dip, or veg. with a sour cream dip. Love all of it, but chocolate will put me back to sleep faster. Why?
