The christian life is centered around the word of God/the bible. It is a life of self denial, Jesus told us if we come after Him we must deny ourselves first. Luke9:22. We are set apart, we are in the world but not of this world. In other words we are to be different. Different how? What we say, do, respond, where we go, what we listen to, watch, etc . That is why it is very important to study the word of God & To not avoid the house of God/church, find a pastor called by God who teaches the truth of God. You will know by the presence of God, & this is something worth praying to God about. Many People in today society do not understand the difference between being religious and being in relationship with Christ Jesus our Lord. In relationship with Jesus, you gain knowledge and wisdom, from HIM for every purpose in your life. He will fill you with HIS Holy Ghost/Spirit to direct you, teach you, comfort you, and keep you(to name a few).

In relationship, you don't just tote a Bible, you live the bible. You do not just sing "religious songs," better referred to as Spiritual songs-Colossians 3:16), you worship & praise The Lord out of your heart.

Religion is a word that I rarely use, nor do I like to use. Mainly because, so many false gods and teachings, are consider religion as well, So since being a believer, a Saint, A Christian, is the only true faith, and we serve the only true & living God. I dare not place it with any of the worlds false beliefs. Jesus is the only way, The Truth, and The Life(your life).

I asked the question :Do you think you've done too much? because, many people believe they have done so much that they simply cannot be saved. They believe God no longer loves them, nor would forgive them. However; the truth is that God is waiting on you, at all times, he said "...him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out." For God so loved the world, that he gave His Son. You are loved, I don;t care about the past hurts and pains, the things you can't explain the things you can't tell any one. You may have even lost your trust towards people, but trust God for a moment, enough to let HIM in and then it will become easier. There is NOTHING that you can do to make God stop loving you, he is not like people, he has unconditional love, embrace HIS love, and HE will embrace you. He loves you, smile there is a better way.
