Considering giving my supervisors tins of popcorn that are made from a highly reputable store in my hometown. Is gifting food a good idea or not? Otherwise I will just get them massage gift certificates to a place they are familiar with near our workplace.

I have applied for an internship position with a company that is almost 5 1/2 hours away from where I reside. The company has offered me a phone interview by saying, "If you would like to drive five hours, that's fine...or we could do a phone interview :)" I feel that I may look like I do not want the position or it may be more difficult by doing a phone interview. However, saving over 11 hours of drive time would really benefit me. Any thoughts on how I should respond?

Four other guys and myself signed a contract to lease a college house for a year with the assumption that the house was going to be under construction, adding two bedrooms and a bathroom. However, when we came back there is no new bathroom like the owners said. They insist is wasn't in the plans, but we have a printout of their website which states clearly that there are two bathrooms for the house. Can we file a suit on the house owners? Also, there is mold growing in the basement and nobody is living there during the summer. Should we have to pay the electricity bill for them to use the dehumidifier to rid of the mold?

Since nobody will be living in the house for a couple of months, would it be safe to turn off the circuit breakers in order to save energy and money? If not, are there any other alternatives other than just leaving everything unplugged?

I am giving my two weeks notice to my boss tomorrow and figured I would just walk into her office and explain my reasoning for leaving the company. Do I need to have a letter in hand as well or will the verbal notice serve as the letters purpose?

I could see how it's free blood flow because gravity allows blood to flow to the lower extremities, but the heart also forces blood flow to areas of the body.

I am delivering a single rose to my girlfriend. It's in a plastic wrap/bag, but had the price printed on it on a sticker. I tore off the price sticker, but there is torn white sticky paper left on the plastic that looks obvious I took the price off. Since it's only one rose, should I just take the plastic covering off and give it to her or should I leave the plastic covering with the sticky white stuff remaining on it?

If a guy opens the door to allow the girl to enter what do you think? I've noticed some girls kind of chuckle or laugh when I've done this? I figure it's just trying to be a gentleman, but what do girls think??

It's his 50th birthday coming up and my mom was going to throw him a party with his close friends. He knew it was coming up and warned that there should be no such party, should we still throw him a party? It's his 50th birthday, this only happens once.

Yes, I understand that they lost to four ranked teams, but when you lose four in a row, and your not in the top 3 in the rankings, you don't belong in the top 25. I can understand if they are still receiving maybe a vote or two, but they are not worthy of a #21 ranking. This team isn't a #6 seed for the tournament either, they should be a #10 seed without Dominique James.

Somebody that can score, goes after rebounds, and dishes the rock to create for others. Who's the best at these?

DeAngelo, Philip Rivers, Michael Turner, and Kurt Warner would all have been better choices than Peyton Manning in my opinion.

It's a rap about money and he talks about food and you see American flags, what exactly is his point here or is he just rambling on?

Homer Bailey, Johnny Cueto, and Josh Fogg are horrible. Not to mention they just recalled Aaron Harang from the DL and he is pretty terrible this year too. The four have a combined 12-33 record along with an average ERA of 6.42. My question is when will Dusty Baker give up on these guys? Why doesn't he give somebody in AAA or AA a shot? I don't even care if he gives a guy from A a shot, something else because the four starters opposite Edinson Volquez have less wins than Volquez does, it's ridiculous.

Also how come they say both "he's drafting so he'll gain on him" and "he's running away with the cleaner air". Which is better drafting or running in clean air?

Which one is the most healthy even though they are all bad?
