I just turned 16 and I got a job at Camilles Canine Cuts. I worked there from 8-9 to 8-13 of this year.

My first day was "training" and I wasn't even supposed to be paid so she says, but she gave me 15 dollars for working 5 hours.

The next day the shop was supposed to be closed and I went up there to take care of dogs anyways. I didn't get paid for that.

On Tuesday. Yesterday. I worked all morning from 730 to 1 by myself on my first business day. She said she couldn't come in because she had personal errands to run. I got off work at 6 PM. 11 and 1/2 hours and she pays the day after I do the work, but she was only going to pay me 30. Which was only 25% of the sales I made.

Today she again left me at work all alone until 1 PM. I called her whenever a customer came in and wanted their dog back. So I called to ok the situation. My boss said do not release the dog. Whenever the lady said she was going to call the cops my boss blamed the whole situation on me. That is when I blew up. I told her Im not working for free and it pretty much went downhill from there.

Is it legal for her to pay me 30 dollars a day for 11 hours of work and plus its ALL under the table.

Im already kicked out of my house. Ive been living with my boyfriend since may. i have a 3 month old and my mom has guardianship of her. my mom says i cant have her back until i leave my babys father..not gonna happen. i was a runaay off and on for a year then she kicked me out after my baby was born. she wont help me get my ged wont sign any papers so i can get my baby back. i need to get emancipated so i can do what i have to do to get my child back. i turn 16 in a week exactly. i have a 2 jobs lined up and my bf will be 18 in sept. i dont have money for a lawyer. how do i go about getting this emancipation stuff done.

I'm 37 weeks. I've been having stronger than normal Braxton Hicks, but not strong enough do assume labor. I've lost my mucous plug like a few hours ago and had mild bleeding. I've also had bad diarrhea. I've also had a history of pre term labor and my cervix was dilated to 1/2 a centimeter on Friday night.

I am 36 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I'm also 15. I have already been hospitalized for pre term labor once and they put me on procardia. They took me off it at my last Dr. Appt. I have been having painful contractions ever since I was in the hospital a month ago. This morning I woke up w/ a really moist feeling in my pants. So I was relly careful about it today. I usually have thick white discharge, now its clear and watery almost like a. fluid. What I'm really concerned about is these sharp pains I'm having in my pelvic area.

Am I going into labor or am I just overreacting?
