Im interested in the differences in American and British dialects. I realize they both have many sub categories. I've read a list of the different british dialects, but would like to know which one Richard Dawkins falls under. He has one of the best public speaking voices.

I'd like to cook some vegetarian meals that feature some traditional Louisiana favors. Cayenne pepper, onions, garlic, okra. Most of what I'm finding online are recipes from blander locales. Also does anyone know if gumbo, jambalya, or red beans are good without the meat?

He has since skipped town. the finance company wants 1000 for the title. How can I be reimbursed? What am I obligated to do? And do lienholders allow financing in my case? My wisdom teeth have come in. One of them is sitting almost sideways in my gums. It's preventing me from closing my teeth, and it hurts immensely. I plan on having them removed when my insurance picks up, but is there something i can do in the meantime to A. ease the pain(seriously, ow.) and B. prevent myself from biting down on the crooked tooth when i eat or at night (i grind my teeth sometimes). Please help. It really really hurts.

my bedroom door lock is a simple knob with a lock in the center that you turn a partial turn to lock. the problem is it just spins indefinitely in either direction(not the knob, it works fine, but the lock itself spins) what does this mean? ive been told people sometimes remove a piece to disable the locking feature. is this true? if not what makes this happen? i know it might be broken, but i wanna know what specifically is broken.

I was riding and my bike made a loud pop (like something broke not a backfire) and now it makes a loud growling sound. Sounds like an exhaust leak but I can't find a crack or anything. It's a bandit 1200. The valves need adjusting. I was concerned I let it go too long.

My brothers iPhone says locked for 60 minutes. He said he can't remember his passcode. I want to unlock it without restoring(erasing the 40+ games he has). Again this is to unlock without restoring. I'll report any answers accusing me of stealing because if I had I would just restore and be on my way.

I got hit by a car while riding my friends motorcycle. He's pissed because the lady didn't have insurance (of course she had her invalid card on her so her car wasn't impounded). I ended up with a ticket for no registration even though it wasn't my bike, and I showed his valid reg. and ins. Why did I get the ticket, and can I contest it? It sucks enough that he's mad about the lack of insurance, and I'm hurt and owe a bunch of medical bills already. I'm in Louisiana.

I am in Louisiana and my personal injury and property damage suit were dropped by my lawyer due to the other driver being excluded from the policy. The cars owner had insurance but had excluded the person who was driving from their policy. She was not issued a ticket for no ins at the scene but was cited with failure to yield. Can I file a small claims to cover the property damage? I know the personal injury is a loss at this point.

I've been mostly unemployed for 2 years. I've done plenty of odd jobs and worked a temporary job for 3 months about a year ago. I no longer have a car and there is no public transportation. I have no savings and nothing within walking distance is hiring. I have plenty of skills but have no constant job history as most work was done for cash or a no longer existent business. I've heard that consuming calories(regardless of type) will basically kill your high. I'm wondering if eating no calorie foods like dill pickles and diet soda still kill your high? Also, are dill pickles really calorie free?

I have a 2000 Suzuki bandit 1200 with a messed up frame. The title is tied to the frame in my state. I want to know how I can use this engine and these parts on a new frame for cheap? I'm already out too much money on this monster. I want to build or have built a cafe racer type frame. I want to know if I'll be able to mechanically and as far as a title goes. I don't want to run into problems after an entire teardown and rebuild.

I'm looking to buy a used radio and want to know if I can rig up a 12v plug to "test" the radio before I buy it. I just want to check that it comes on and the screen works and the DVD player works. I think all I need is power and ground. I think it would work but what do I ground to?

I have a 7 month old yellow lab/Bassett hound mix. I don't like the idea of kennels so I keep her confined with a baby gate when I'm at work. She did well until recently. She has begun knocking the gate over(she runs at it full speed). She then chews up my rug and urinates everywhere. I'm concerned mainly because this is a new problem. I give her most of my time when I'm home so I don't think that's the problem. She also has things to chew on. Help?

I want to hold the home button for 6 seconds to reset Facebook but after 2 seconds voice control pops up. Is there a way to disable voice control, and if not how can I reset apps without cycling the entire phone?

My 12 year old sister was raped by my 19 year old cousin who has always been like a brother to me(but was never close to her). I'm torn in my emotions. A huge part of me wants to tear him apart, but part of me feels bad for the consequences he now faces. He's the only person I consider a friend, but she's my sister. the internal card reader doesnt work. don't tell me its an issue with the reader because it's not. don't tell me its drivers because its not. its a problem with windows itself that i cant believe got past the testers. i would love a real answer from someone who knows what theyre talking about. thanks!!
