my previous employer never gave the 401k company a termination date for me.does it mean i am still their employee?

our company partnered with a bigger company in february.

there is a fight going on between the doctor and the corporate office.

the doctor's office where i work partnered with a bigger company in february. my executive director told me the doctor's lawyer didn't inform him about any changes that will take place and dissed him. i recently found out that the doctor signed the contract without reading it.

the doctor wants to get out but his lawyer said he needs to read the contract, which he never read either.

is the doctor going to be able to get out?????????

back in 2014, a cousin of mine created a family whatsapp group for all relatives to share jokes etc. after i sent him my #, he automatically added me to his group.

just a few weeks ago, i got in touch with another cousin of mine and gave her my cousin's number so she can be added. the whatsapp group admin cousin wrote," i am myself out of it because the number changed. tell anuj to add you and me to it."

did he mean he wanted me to create a group andi add both cousins?

I don't get why he is so overprotective. he needs to know who I talk to and who my friends are etc.
