    for the first time in years i cut myself last night.

    i don't want to sound emo but i had a bad few weeks nd i needed to feel something (i have nothing against emo's just so you know).

    can anybody give me advice in how to get out of this habit?

  • do i have a broken knuckle?

    about 2 weeks ago i punched my wall because i was mad about something and after a few days it stoped hurting but the other night i punched my door with the same fist and it hurt could i have done damage to my knuckle?
