As is the case for most habits that you'd like to undo, seeking the help of a counselor is your best bet. People who are trained to help are the most likely to be able to actually help you.

It sounds like you're dealing with a lot of stress. You need to find a healthier way to deal with it.
Working out is the best thing you can do for your body. It helps promote a regular sleep cycle, and enables our brains to better deal with stress. You will ALWAYS feel better about any problem after you sweat it out. Try doing cardio then maybe a yoga class, it helps to calm and centre yourself.
If you cannot afford a gym try asking for a free pass because "you're thinking of joining." Most gyms want new customers and will happily give you a free test pass. If you cannot find a gym, then simply go for a long walk.
Also, writting down your feelings helps work through logically, and tends to put things in perspective. Try keeping a journal, write how you feel about a problem before and then again after you work out. Im sure you will find that the problems seem less significant after you "sweat it out"
If your stressing about peers or school, try not to. Chances are you wont speak to 80% of people you went to school with in 5 years, and karma has a way of sorting bullies out. Good luck :)
