Can you get a Security Clearance if you were not born in the US?
For example, there's the story of Army 4-Star General John M. Shalikashvili who was born in Poland and went to the US when he was 17, and subsequently became the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1993 appointed by President Clinton, a position in which you clearly need to have the maximum Security Clearance, a Yankee White clearance. But, has that changed since?
2 AnswersGovernment9 years agoIf a woman hits a man for staring at her boobs, can she go to jail for assault?
It is under my understanding that it is not illegal to 'stare' at another person. So, if a guy is staring at a woman's boobs, ***, etc, and she sees him and slaps/hits him, can the man sue her for assaulting him?
7 AnswersLaw & Ethics9 years agoHow many notes can you link when writing music?
A friend told me that a maximum of 4 notes can be linked together (He has 7 years of experience in music), like here: http://everynote.com/goods.pic/Moz_RonAlTurca.gif // But here you can see 6 notes linked: http://music.executivpro.com/classical%20music/cla... // He couldn't answer me why. Was that composer wrong? Or are there specific conditions in which to link more than 4? Or can you link as many as you want?

How does the altitude affect an aircraft's speed, maneuverability & engine? For example, in the specifications of an F-16s maximum speed, it shows:
At sea level: Mach 1.2 (915 mph, 1,470 km/h)
At altitude: Mach 2+ (1,500 mph, 2,410 km/h) clean configuration
Why is maximum speed decreased at higher altitudes?

I mean the quality of the picture. I took 6 pictures with a Nikon D60 and 6 same pictures with a Sony Handycam HDR-SR11, BOTH with 10.2 Megapixels. And the quality of the image is completely different, the Nikon having the best image, why is this? I think it could be the lens or the sensor
