I have a soursop tree which was sewed more than 20 years ago, by a seed which my daughter eat in her Cambodian friend's house and told me mama the fruit was so delicious you plant this and it came out so healthy and now almost 20 years old , tree is healthy and lush green about 40 to 50' tall but never flowered. is there any one who have soursop tree and getting fruit can educate me what to do to make it fruitful. I went to home depot and ask the guy he told me if I put few nail in the trunk and fertilize the tropical fruit fertilizer then it may flower. I did fertilize today & hammered two three rusty nails thinking it is not flowering so if it get any kind of damage what would be worse than already I am not having any fruits.

any one who know very well about soursop can guide me the best right scientific way I will appreciate.

i need to know that what ever little amount i have in my regular ira act if next year when i will hit 70.5 so take out more than minimum distribution from my ira act and convert it into roth ira will it be ok?

taking out maximum $9000/year from my ira acct is safe for me not to fall in a bracket to pay any income tax the money i took from my regular ira. as this year my tax return was ZERO. i do not owe any thing to irs and the same irs do not owe any money for me. i like to keep strategy if it works out right and ok with the distribution money. i ask from the guy who does my income tax return told me if i take out only $9000/year from unpaid tax balance from my traditional ira act and i have only s security yearly income $8424/yearly will put me total income less than $1800/ year so i do not owe any taxes.

my main question is if this is right then can i take my distribution money same way and keep it in my roth ir act will it be my best option?

because i do not need this money right away,to spend all but my main goal is to earn dividend on the roth ira acct and take that dividend to use to pay my bills even if it is some thing like $100/month income, as my roth ira act what ever i getdividendn i reinvest automatically till i reach the age of 71 years. this is just because i do not wants to loose the principal amount of money.since roth ira act i can have theflexibilityy to take out any amount i invested , i do not need to pay the taxes so i want to keep as safe investment in short term bonds, till i find a better investment like cds with better rates. can any one explain is this option is the best way to keep my money safe and tax free or any other option other than leaving investment in roth ira and invest my distribution money to spend for better investment?

my son bought me a laptop and he did all the required thing in it for me and i was very happy. but now when ever i need to search or need to find any thing it says error4. even for driving directions or map i can't find any thing. what is error 4 and how can i fix this problem for free by doing the right thing. once i went to other pc and looking for how to fix error 4 they gave me suggestions and it make the pc worse so i went back by setting the pc back dated time.

my friend have about 100,000/- in her traditional ira acct.in stable kind of savings investment plan, since she was laid off in 2006.

she have no resources beside her $724/month social security income.she is almost 69 years old.the ira account gives her about $176 to 200/month income that she automatically asked to reinvest in her acct. now she has enroll in a medicare health plan that is universal med gap where she got the freedom of going to any dr or surgeon of her choice so whatever medicare, do not pay that insurance cover the expenses that is costing her $147/month this beside the medicare deduction from her monthly pension of like $96/month. so from her monthly income $724-$147+96=$451. just because of her ira savings she will never be able to get any help from the government. now her question for the finance geek people is if she take out from her monthly ira re investment money about $150/month to compensate the med gap money to run her daily expenses and the bills, can she do that? just leave the Principal amount of $100,000/- and only take from the monthly interest income,so how much uncle same will deduct from that $150/interest income fund? or how much she have to pay the taxes? she wants her distribution from the age of 71.5 age. as i told you her yearly income is right now is total= 9288/yearly + 150/month will make it $11088/- yearly. she is still way below poverty level.

since the cd rates are down so it is not wise to take out all the amount from ira and invest in a place where she can have better return,and as she will take out a big chunk like $25,000/- or 50,000/- they will deduct a lot of income tax on it.so what is the best financial solution for her? her investment are in T-roweprice.

please give the right solution or advice for her to help her live poor but with dignity without any aid, or gov Charity.

only professionals please who understand the situation and give the advice to benefit her financially.

i am florida resident for 20 years as i own the property.now my son who mostly deployed overseas,he has property in MD and basically he is a MD resident.now from his job and promotion if he has becomes florida resident he may get some tax Relief.i live half of the time with him and half of the time in florida.he is a very loving and caring son and even though i have two daughters but he is the one he takes care of me.his love for me is unconditional and i want to die living with him,so i decided to put his name into my property deed but it will be my biggest mistake to add his name just because ha has fathered a child,just for dating the girl for 3 visit, whose mother hide the baby from all of us,for i.5 years, and when she can't afford then she went for child support so my son went for his dna and all the required proof and have to pay a big chunk of child support and the mother has not given his last name and she do not wants to have any thing beside the child support,my son was quite that the baby was breast feeding and we never intended to snatch a baby from the mother,as in my daughter's divorce we have seen all the drama how badly the baby girl was traumatized when her father forcefully took away the baby when she was 3 years old,because she never known her father,but her father to punish his wife with the court order suddenly show up and took baby for a week,if he would first familiarized with her for few hours and then took was not a shock to the girl who never known her father,now she is 7 she hates her father but she developed how to manipulated parents to make them happy and get what ever she wants.i am telling this just u guys to understand the situation and the complication for every person's deed,it starts nicely whether a marriage or a baby or money or property,but if any thing goes wrong or against the will of other partner then it becomes very ugly.

i love my son and i am not going to take this property in my grave, which is paid off, and he is the one who paid it off 12 years ago,and my son is the only one will get it when i die. i decided not to put his name on my property deed instead to make him a solo owner i will have a will for him.just because he might get married and his future wife she is a very nice well educated girl,but she is 17 years younger with him and have a lot of her parents side and grant parents side property and wealth that she and her Brother will have,they both are in love and she love him i think more than my son,( but as i said every thing starts nicely)as compare to my son he has every thing but every thing on loan,but a very good paying job,through which the mother of his baby will drain him out for the child custody battle,the baby loves his father and i know he will never miss his mother whatever visitation time court will allow him,but the mother of the child told him this last visit that if he thinks she will let her child away from her sight that will never happen,so in this kind of situation i do not want we all go homeless and every one knows how much attorneys take advantage of this kind of case to squeeze money no mercy.

now what other identification or proof he will need with out a property in his name in florida,beside, registration for vote, a florida driver license,in which he can give his address to my home as he can live with me?

i want all the right information to gather for im as he will have one week off to show his move to florida, some one said he will need two utility bills in his name that will show his residency to this state,the bills are in my name solly,and if i let him have my electricity bill will be only one piece of evidence i can let me have my phone but i use cell phone so i do not have any land line,can he have the water bill changed to his name that can be second required proof, but to change the electricity and water bill to his name, is it going to effect my benefits from this property? as i get homestead exemption and widower discount on my return and from next year i may not even have to file a tax return as i do not earn any thing beside a small social security pension which is less than $900/year.

since half of the time i live with him so he do not charge any thing from me so i easily just pay my property taxes and all the bills from my pocket.

i need to know that i will be going to pakistan to take care of my mom,as i am a us citizen.i only get a small check from social security because i retired early by force to lay off in june/2006. so every year i file the tax return and get some money back.

my total income from social security might be $9228 for 2009 and that is all .may be ten twenty dollars for the saving account accumulated interest as far as i remember, for year 2009 i got unemployment benefits it was deposited after deducting the income tax every check i was paid, from feb/2009 to sept/2009.i do not have information the exact amount but if it was total of 5500/- as i have one statements that your total benefits for unemployment's are $5500/-

please only financial advisers or who know well,please help me to to find out,if i can not wait till feb/2009 when all the papers( statements) from banks and social security will be coming may be on feb/20/2010. so how can i know that if i owe or IRS owes for me? i want to go in peace without having a hanging sword on my head. can i file it later when i come back from pakistan? definitely i will have my ticket and passport as a proof about my out and in in formations.

i have Chevy cavalier two door,1993 model,have only 84000 miles.i helped my daughter to buy this her first brand new car when she was a pre medical student she paid off within three years after her graduation and gifted me.so it has some sentimental string ,beside it is perfectly very good running condition,so i want to keep it but it is very hard for me every time if i need to go i have to remove the heavy cover and then put it back to protect from a sudden heavy rain as it happens every day any time in miami.fl.i took so many places but every mechanic said take it to window glass place they said, the wind screen lining has no leak,take it to body shop,body shop people want me to leave the car so they will find and let me know the estimate.i do not want to leave the car because of unknown bill estimate.and i do not want to go to the dealer from where i bought because they will definitely charge me at least $1000/- or may be more.which is impossible for me to pay for such an old car.

my friend's mother was laid off in 2006,she was only about 62 years old,she got the unemployment benifits and one year salary monthly income with medical health insurace as a regular employee,all the benefits from her employer,up until,june/30 /2007,then she tried her best to get a job,just because her full retirement age was 66 years old,when realized that in this age any office job for the same office work is impossible so she went to social security office to find about early retirement in Dec/2007,they said do not wait till full retirement age just to get more money,it is not worth,it will be only $10 or $20 /month more for long term but after 62 you can retire and emagine how many hundred and thousand social security check you will have if you apply now.so she applied and got her early retirement checkf fromJan/2008,and her medicare health benifits after completing the 65 in march/2oo8.

her monthly check, from social security after deducting the medicare every month comes in her hand is only $633/month.it is very very low income,to survive,she get letters from social security that she can apply some govt help to live a little bit financialy better life by getting food stamps or in medicine,but for that she is only entitle to have a home and a car and not more than a coule thousand in bank act.having few thousand in her IRA account which is already gone down to half of what she had in 2007,she can not get any financial help.her son told her she should put all her IRA to any of her trusted person's name and that is the only way she can get help to survive to live without any kids obligation to support herself.i can see just for the only $633/month she have to pay her,taxes,monthly elictric,phone,light & water bill,her very old car mentenance,car insurance and there is hardly left for her daily or weekly groceries,she desperately need help but is not sure how to get rid her IRA money out from the account so she really can live a little bit better life.that money she saved for buying a car but it is gone so down that she can not even buy a fully paid a small reasonable transportation a dream for her oldage.she even do not have any home insurance since 3 years,living in Florida without a home insurance is just like playing russian rullet.

so i request the people to put light in this situation,that is why i wrote all the details so any one who knows how to handle the rules without breaking any laws and get as much benifits from the govt as much she deserves.only legal way adivice needed.no gueses please.i really wants to help her if i can find any solution for her financially a little bit better.

to me it really seems that the law is really punishing her for not supporting or giving any help just because she has few thousands dollar in her 2010 retirement fund in troweprice.

i travelled from fll to bwi on dec/12/08,by south west flight and kept my all cards,in a 4"x2" 3 sipper lether ladies wallet that usually we use to keep the change,just to be close to my body to my back pocket of the jean,left pocket my cell and right pocket the wallet.i remember as the plane landed to the bwi i checked with my both hand to my pockets and only take out the cell phone and called my son that plane is landed and he can come and pick me up by the time my baggage will arrive to the terminal,then put the cell back and reached to put on my jacket by standing in line when people back & forth pulling their luggage from the top,i felt a bump from the back and turn if it is a man or a women,it was a women whom her boy friend was holding,so i just ignored and start waking out,and took my two carry on from the terminal and by the time i got my baggage i receive and send calls to my son and never thought about the wallet till we reach home and i wanted to put the change in the wallet from my front pocket and found the wallet is gone.since i was comming to maryland to visit my three kids and a grand daughter,and was suppose to go to a girl's wedding to NJ,for a week so i have cash for the gift and to shop for chrismas little little gift to two step grand kids one my grand daughter then my son's birth day on dec/26,that was the main reason to bring cash,and have my two credit cards,my florida registration card,medicare card,health insurance card,my seneior golden pasport card,my car insurance card and the most important my driver license.now i can not trvel any where just by not having any picture id.credit card is canceled the same night but how i am going to get my driver license from florida.any one please help me to find the way to have some kind of picture id that i can use for the bank and for travelling back to florida,miami.i reported on the airport to the airport police, airport lost and found counter and south west airline's lost and found counter,but no one gave me any paper that i can have the proof that i reported about the stollen wallet,since i was in shock and panic never thought about asking them,now after waiting saturday and sunday for monday when every office work regularly i thought about and called every one no one can satisfied about how to get the report or where they noted all my complain information when they asked and put in the computer and my cell #my son's cell # and the address where i am staying in maryland,it seems that no one care for my pain.all they gave bunch of phone # where ever i called no one wants to take the responsibility to help me out.i am not a rich person and nor my kids have a lot of money to spend like water,i want the shortest and least expensive way to get a picture id here in maryland so i can fly back to miami in jan,then i can get every thing by going one by one place personally.in maryland kids work and by the time they come all the offices are closed,then on christmas and new year every thing will be close.i wish the guy who robbed me if he can take the money and my beautiful ear rings but sen me back my wallet with all the stuff which is just a trash will make my chrismas a miricle.please people help me what ever simple solution you can have for my picture id. thank you.i am asking jejus just show me that he loves me by putting the feelings to the guy who have my wallet to show murcy,and mail it to me.thanks for every one for helping me.god bless all.
