Please describe the voice of a friendly person and non friendly?

I am trying to change myself for the better and I want to sound friendly I may be coming across as a jerk like how does a friendly person sound lol if you can't describe youtube link please

I don't talk to alot of people since I don' really know how to start a conversation

can someone give me questions to ask people conversation starters I just don't know where to begin exactly and need some help so please give me tips thanks

I am 16 and had a speech problem when I was young which makes it hard for me to talk to people because I think they are thinking that I am special know what I mean anyways I realize that is not really gonna happen too much since people I am around aren't 12 but its kinda messed up my confidence making it hard for me to talk to people the friends I have befriended me more or less

Anyways how can I be less awkward when talking to people give questions to ask, tips etc

Okay I noticed one thing that may get me put into creeper territory well when I liked this one girl I would look at her hers since they looked appealing anyways i would get caught alot and she ended up thinking i was some kind of a creeper my question is how many times getting caught looking is too much?

In most schools I ask this since senior night our fall sports were recognized in the order football soccer dance team volleyball and no mention of xc although we have been to state 3 times in a row ...this going on anywhere else and when we get to region nothing

okay i run xc ( cross country) well i am greatly out of shape running a 9 56 mile, yesterday we had a midnight thing where you run 2 miles at midnight i couldnt finish it i was tired not really by the run alone it was i had 4 rs of sleep and been on my feet for hours and i couldn't go on im in hs sophomore been on the team for 3 years please give me suggestions don't wanna be the person known as quiter but im not liking it like i use to...

okay im asking this because i find myself with a few friends the one always starting the conversation once i realized this i stopped talking to them except the occasional hello or whatever and not once come talk to me but its not close friends doing this then again i would talk to them abit but i found myself talking to them and never once talked to...
