Recently I have been selling items on eBay, and I have accumlated for $1000 in my Paypal account. Today I checked my paypal balance, it said that I had to provide them with prove of identification/DOB. I know I did wrong, signing up to Paypal while only being 16. My question is that is there ANY way to be able to actually CONTACT them properly and tell them my situation. Is there ANY way to send my money to my brothers account, who is 22. I am pretty desperate. Do you think getting my parents to fax over a indentification of themselves and mine aswell, would help? I mean, I have heard that people have had their account locked for 180 days until they can get the money. This is so bullsh*t, this is out own money, they cannot just locked it.

I havea 40GB PS3 and when I turn it on only the green light comes on and the blue light doesnt blink at all. It only blinks when I try to put in a disc, but I cant put in a disc cause it isnt taking it in. When I try to put it in, it stops half way of putting the disc in. And also their is no video coming up.

I downloaded "Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 - Dedicated Server" from Steam, when I open it, all it comes up with is a console? I downloaded 13gb and and I get is a console, plz help.

First of all, I do not have MW3. I didn't buy it, nor I do not plan to.

I was on steam today, and I saw MW3 Dedicated Servers - Not Installed.

I doubled clicked on it and it started to download a 7gb game. I stopped it after 1%.

I was thinking what that was.

Does that mean you can download MW3 from steam and play online?

I am very confused if I should download this or not.

I have a annoying situation.

I have 2 speedstream 4200 modems.

I just changed the modem two days ago because the previous one was playing up.

It usually works with my wireless router which is belkin54g, but this time, when I try to connect to belkin it finds the connection but everytime I shutdown my computer is comes up with no connections available and each time I want to use the internet, I have to uninstall the wireless network driver and ethernet port and then reinstall it.

Is there any way to leave my network without unistalling and installing everytime I turn on my computer? thx
