i have been married for 5 months separated for 2. my husband and i only attempted to have sex once on the wedding night (by attempted i mean started and stopped one minute into it) and never again since then. do we qualify for an annulment? i live in canada BC

got married 4 months ago and never consumated our marriage. i am not a catholic but feel like my marriage was never 'real' due to the fact that we never had sex. can i get an annulment? how do you go about doing this?

i have been living apart from my husband for a few months and am waiting for the 1 year to be up so we can divorce. am i legally separated now or do i need to draw up some papers or something first?. i live in canada bc. we dont have much (no house/children etc) so it will be quite a clean break... no disagreements about who gets what. thank you!

i just had a pap last week monday and they want me to come in again this tuesday for a follow-up. do they do more tests or just want to talk about something they noticed? i am super nervous because when she first did the pap she said everything looked good. i am jumping to crazy conclusions! i suspect i might be pregnant (if i was i would be about 3 weeks) could they be calling me in to tell me that i am? (i did do a urine sample). having to wait to know what it could be is torture!

i have not had sex with my husband for over a year.in the begining he just stopped wanting it and when i talked to him about it he just said he would change and even seek help,but never did. he has never been able to give me a clear answer as to why he lost the desire to be with me.recently he has been saying that he wants to have sex with me and will even approach me for it but i have lost all my desire to be with him in that way and love him but am not 'in love' with him anymore so i wont. he made me feel so undesirable and unloved for so long.about 6 months ago i met another man who i love and desire and feel desired by.a month ago i seperated from my husband but he doesnt know about this other man & is still trying hard to work things out and change my mind about seperation/divorce.NOW i think i am pregnant with my boyfriends baby and he is very excited about it and wants me to be with him.my family and friends hate him cause he is pursuing a still married woman.pls send some advis
