I have an interview coming up for the chance to study professional cookery.

Does anyone know what you have to do for an internal assessment to start studying culinary arts / professional cookery at level 2 at college based in the UK ??

It would be a NVQ City and Guilds course.

I'm 22 and have a degree in Business Management, can I jump in at NVQ level 2? I understand that NVQ level 1 is just below GCSE level.

I was window shopping in Banana Republic and saw a skirt I rather liked. I thought their sizing was rather on the large size and stupidly didn't try the skirt on.

I know they have a sizing chart but I would love some advise on how their sizing runs: true to size, large, small etc..?

I purchased some Levi high rise skinny jeans the other week. I have worn them once and already i have found they have started to stretch a little around the knee and are starting to rise up from the lower part of the leg. I used to have this problem with cheap jeans but since purchasing more expensive ones this stopped. OR until i purchased my first pair of Levis. And Levi is not cheap!

Due to having them styled and cut for me I won't be able to return these (boo! )

BUT do you know how to stop this from happening further? Is this normal for Levi jeans?

Help any advise welcome!

I'm waiting for payment on an item I sold on Sunday. I emailed the winner the same evening with an invoice but have yet to hear back from them and am still waiting for payment.

I'm going to email them today asking for payment and if they don't I will be filling for a non paying dispute. How do I word this in the email? I was thinking along the lines of:

"

Hello,

Thank you for purchasing the __________. I have packed them up and they are ready for shipping. Please let me know if you want to go through with the transaction.

If I've not heard from you by the end of tomorrow. I'm afraid I'll have to open a non paying dispute as I'll have to presume you are no longer wishing to go ahead with the purchase.

"

How does that sound? Too harsh? Not harsh enough?

I've also read online that it is acceptable to file for a non paying dispute after three days even though the norm is seven.

Please help.

Also what is the difference between the normal shorts and the mini shorts?

There is no size information that I can see? I purchased the mini ones a while back but the size 12 are way too small (more size 10) and the size 14 are more size 16.

I have two interviews tomorrow that I'm thinking of cancelling. (short notice I know, sorry peps)

They are both in recruitment and I went through an agency. However it was only today the agency adviser gave me information on what to expect in the interview via role play. However for the second interview the agency still haven't given me any company information with the company website looking fake and the copyright out of date.

This job would be a stop-gap whilst I save up money to go to university to study but due to £9K uni fees I need the money.

What do you think I should do? How do I go about cancelling the interview or what nots?
