The last debate my class is having is based on modern politics. I being a conservative, will debate against liberals. What would be some good arguments that liberals could not counter?

Everybody in my family supports liberal ideas. My parents keep on telling me that they raised up wrong. I don't know what to do. I like conservative ideas, but I don't want to bring a shame in my family, what should I do?

One answer he gave was "I have been wear the same underwear for 3 days".

So I am a conservative, and like to ask people their views on politics, to start conversations. The other day I was in a long line to check out in a store. I asked the guy in front of me his thoughts for the future of our government. He said to me, the future looked very bright, and welfare is benefiting this country more than ever. I didn't argue with him, just nodded my head. However, the guy behind me overheard this, said how to man in front of me how bad this country is being ruined. To make a long story short, they argued back and forth, but then became heated and a brawl broke out. There were punches being thrown, and it got ugly. I immediately ran out of the store, because I didn't want any trouble. Can somebody explain this to me?

The other in a park I started talking with a liberal. He started to tells me all of his views and thoughts, and kept speaking for a good 7 minutes. I did my best to try to go along with it, and be as kind as I could. When he was done I began to speak, and say my ideas. After the first sentence, he literally just walked away and got in his car. I was very upset, since I had just listened to everything he said, and I couldn't say anything back. Why do liberals do this? I am a conservative by the way.

I am a conservative, and I try to be nice when I talk to liberals. I will politely start to tell them my points of views, but I cannot get 2 sentences out without them interrupting and countering everything I say. I don't get it, I'm not arguing, just trying to get my point across and it seems impossible. Is this normal for liberals to do?

Should I be offended by this. I was just talking politics with somebody and this liberal came by (I don't know him), and told me to go into my conservative hole where I belong.

Somebody said that to me, but I never eat bologna. Should I have corrected them?

Like are they asking if I am having a nice day, or are the commanding me to have a nice day. What if I want to have a bad day, they can't tell me what to do.

Is this what the future generation is in for? Why can't people work for their living instead of relying on the government?

America is all about people becoming successful, and living their life based on what they do, not on the government. What ever happened to this, people are starting to lose their motivation to work hard if they rely on the government. Does anybody else agree?
