I've had a lot of experiences in my 39year young life. I think I've done pretty well staying sane, tho. I love to be on the computer and I especially like helping people thru sharing those experiences and the feelings and thoughts they evoke. So ask away....

  • looking for the name of the comedian from the 1990s with get off the lawn skit?

he was hilarious! he was on HBO Presents in the 1990s. His set was a two or three story house. He played an old man on the porch yelling at the kids to get off his lawn; then in another skit he was in the upstairs bathroom and ran out of toilet paper; and in a third skit he was in the doorway of the house and an emergency strikes and someone yells "call 911! call 911!" so you hear him saying the numbers as he dials "9, 1, 1, 9, 1, 1". I have been trying to remember his name for years. He was popular around the time Billy Connelly was on HBO too. I've tried searching online for him but I just cant seem to figure out what his name was.

Appreciate your help! Been wanting to show hubby but cant find it or the VHS tapes I made all those years ago :)

  • how low can you go with oil in your tank?

is there a secret reserve in the oil tank for home heating fuel like there is in your car's gas tank? If so, any idea how many gallons are in it and how long will it last with minimal use?

  • married men and food consumption?

Married 8 years. Hubby eats everything in sight then lies about it. One minute he's complaining about weighing over 300lbs and saying if I buy fruits and veggies he'll lose weight. Then the next minute he's eating a whole box of girl scout cookies and drinking two cans of soda to wash em down! I have been providing wholesome, heart healthy foods including fruits and veggies for a long time but he won't eat them....they go bad and I have to throw them out! He stops at the store and gets a big muffin and soda for breakfast, orders out for lunch at work and then comes home and eats supper. Within an hour he's after a huge dish of ice cream and anything else he can get his hands on. I am at my witts end. And tonight we just had a huge fight about it. He is pre-diabetic if not full diabetic---he won't tell me what doc has to say and I couldnt go to his last physical. I'm worried about his health. Any other wives out there with the same issue?

$43 in GirlScout cookies gone in a week.HELP!

  • ultra spicy foods?

My brother in law thinks that there isn't anything on the planet that is spicy enough to make his eyes water. We've tried everything we can think of. Short of putting battery acid in his food, is there anything you can suggest? He's not my favorite brother in law so if it burns his tongue off thats fine with me!
