Recently my husband fell ill and he was in intensive care unit, I was ill myself. My husband lost his job due to his illness and with all the medical expenses and deductibles we were left out in the negative cash wish. I went to the dept. of social services and got help for our rent in nov.

She signed this landlord verification and agreed to allow us to pay $450 instead of $650 a month. She took us to court and the case was dismissed. She received the payment for november on Dec 3 -06, yet she filed an eviction document on dec 13-06 for the rent of november. The judge told her to get her dates right, and I think since she is older he gave her a break. When we received the eviction notice we were 5 days past due date for december, she was told about our situation, and that I would pay her in January as soon as I got paid from a job I took. She had agreed, yet still went on with the eviction.

Today a day after court case I found a note for garbage pickup, harrasing us. what can I do?

Have you ever felt you have a heavy heart ? Feelings so intense that you can feel a tingling sensation all over ? Despair that makes you feel the wind can blow right through you. So many life experiences in this journey we call life. Many times when we look back and ponder on what was and what is, what we have chosen and what we could have choosed instead, making us feel overwhelmed. I feel deep within a pain in my soul, something I can not find the correct words to express. My heart is crying out, my soul aches. I feel lost in such a huge world, away from my children, my family, married to someone I thought I knew, and realized that I really do not. We can not hold responsible anyone but ourselves for the situation we are in, for it is our choice ultimatly that decides what will be done or not, causing this to begin a road we will walk in. This new year is filled with faith deep within that everything in my life will fall into place ( with the right choices) Have you felt this also?

I have been living in this house for a year and 7 months now, have always been a good tenant, helping my landlord with situations that have risen ( she calls my husband and I in the middle of the night because she hears someone in the laundry room, ect) four months ago my husband fell ill, 2 wks in intensive care unit, he is ok now. He lost his job, due to his lack of enthusiasm, so they said. We went to social services to apply for the state health card, they gave it to us thank God, and they helped us pay one month rent, 430, though instead of the $650 we pay monthly.. Our landlord accepted the rent, signed the agreement.She recieved the check for november in early december. My husband and I let her know we would begin to work this coming monday, and that decembers rent, due the 7th of each month, we would pay first month of january. She showed no signs of disagreement. Now today I receive in the mail a eviction notice. I did not even receive a 3 day notice. Is this legal in florida
