I have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. I think the underlying cause might be Hashimoto's Disease. But my ANA levels were normal. So, is it possible to have Hashimotos and have a normal ANA test?

P.S. I don't normally use Y!A for medical advice, but my Doctor's nurse is an idiot and can't correctly ask my questions to the Dr.

A friend of mine is interested in becoming a Librarian for a Public Library or a University Library (not for a public school, however). We were wondering how many librarians enjoyed their jobs and what the turn-over rate is like. Any librarians out there that want to offer up some advice?

I wouldn't say I am a great cook, but I can hold my own in the kitchen. I have never cooked a butternut squash before, but I love them and want to start trying. I would prefer to start with a simple and savory recipe. Any good one someone would like to share?
