Somehow coffee has spilled on my worktop and i would like to remove it, the worktop resembles oak in appearance but that's all I can say, apparently its easy to remove coffee from a wooden surface but I cant

Basically im seeking confirmation that if i should decide to sell after the first 2 years, is it required that i have a property lined up, so as to create a chain or can i sell my current property and the proceeds of the sale go to the mortgage lender in the short term giving me time and opportunity to find somewhere.

Im buying multiple prints from ebay and the seller has told me to buy the prints but not commit and pay there and then through buy it now, he wants to invoice me shortly after i buy so he can consolidate the multiple shipping costs that would accumulate with each item's purchase into one single reduced charge, but i dont see how i can buy each item through buy it now and yet refrain from paying automatically (i pay via paypal when using ebay)

On one occasion i made myself a stir fry beef dish but i also discovered the the pack of beef i bought had to be consumed on the day it was opened, it was the quick cook kind which suited the dish i was making, how can i buy enough but not let the excess amount i.e the beef that is not immediately needed, spoil?

does anyone else have experience of this

P.S i like to/need to buy the ingredients a few days before hand which means freezing on the day of purchase and then thawing out later

My laptop is like 8 years old now, the OS is widows vista basic, only now have i realized (had reason to realize) that windows cant automatically check/install updates any longer. i feel this maybe the underlying problem as to why i cant install the current version of adobe flash player, when i click on windows update i am told the service is not running, is there someway of overcoming this?

Apart from this my laptop is in working order

I cant reinstall adobe flash on my laptop as firefox doesn't permit it, has anyone else had a similar problem or does anyone have a way of overcoming this?

it doesn't have to be adobe flash, just an alternative plug in.

Basically trying to loose some extra weight, i think eliminating bread from my diet would do it it for me, but whats a good, easy and preferably cheap, alternative, i accept the obvious answer would be fruit
