Oh, that's right--you're non-thinkers. If a person doesn't have a drivers license, states have an optional picture ID. If someones income is so low they can't afford one, states give them to the person. The reason some people have no ID is because they are too lazy to go get it, or they don't want one. At any rate, you people who think voter fraud is fun, are about to get an eye opener.

Black Entertainment (BET) will be removed and replaced by White Entertainment (WET) then all other programs will be with black actors.

Obama Refuses to Answer Birth Certificate Lawsuit

A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.

The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Berg's suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.

The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

By failing to respond to the Request for Admissions and Request for the Production of Documents within 30 days, Obama has “admitted” that he was born in Kenya, Berg stated this week in new court filings.

Berg released a long list of “admissions” he submitted to Obama’s lawyers on Sept. 15, and asked that they produce documents relating to Obama’s place of birth and citizenship.

Instead of responding, lawyers for Obama and the DNC asked the court to dismiss the case. But Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has issued no ruling in the case that would have given Obama’s lawyers more time.

“There are lots of legal ways to stonewall,” a well-placed Republican attorney told Newsmax, who was not authorized to comment officially on the case. “But failing to respond is not one of them.”

Will he move to Kenya, the land of his birth? Or will he move with Hollywood cronies, Alex Baldwin, George Clooney and Nose Striesand to a nice socialist country like Cuba? You tell me, fans--I really want to know where he and Ayers are going to set up their Marxist headquarters.

YEAR. THE ELECTION YEAR RHETORIC HAS MADE ME THINK A LOT ABOUT CUBA AND WHAT TRANSPIRED THERE.

IN THE LATE 1950'S, MOST CUBANS THOUGHT THAT CUBA

NEEDED A CHANGE, AND THEY WERE RIGHT.

SO WHEN A YOUNG LEADER CAME ALONG, EVERY CUBAN WAS AT LEAST RECEPTIVE.

WHEN THE YOUNG LEADER SPOKE ELOQUENTLY AND

PASSIONATELY AND DENOUNCED THE OLD SYSTEM, THE PRESS FELL IN LOVE WITH HIM.

THEY NEVER QUESTIONED WHO HIS FRIENDS WERE OR WHAT HE REALLY BELIEVED IN.

WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD HELP THE FARMERS AND THE POOR AND BRING FREE MEDICAL CARE AND EDUCATION TO ALL, EVERYONE FOLLOWED.

WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BRING JUSTICE AND EQUALITY TO ALL, EVERYONE SAID, "PRAISE THE LORD."

AND WHEN THE YOUNG LEADER SAID, "I WILL BE FOR

CHANGE AND I'LL BRING YOU CHANGE,"

BUT NOBODY ASKED ABOUT THE CHANGE.

*BY THE TIME THE EXECUTIONER'S GUNS WENT SILENT,

THE PEOPLE'S GUNS HAD BEEN TAKEN AWAY.

*BY THE TIME EVERYONE WAS EQUAL, THEY WERE EQUALLY POOR, HUNGRY, AND OPPRESSED.

*BY THE TIME EVERYONE RECEIVED THEIR FREE EDUCATION, IT WAS WORTH NOTHING.

*BY THE TIME THE PRESS NOTICED, IT WAS TOO LATE,

BECAUSE THEY WERE NOW WORKING FOR HIM.

*BY THE TIME THE CHANGE WAS FINALLY IMPLEMENTED, CUBA HAD BEEN KNOCKED DOWN A COUPLE OF NOTCHES TO A THIRD-WORLD STATUS.

And shouldn't Pelosi, Reid, Rangle, and William Jefferson go along for the same reason? If you don't own anything, don't have a bank account above 500 bucks, or don't have a job, don't answer, 'cause no one cares what you think. No, your mommy or daddy's money doesn't count.

After all, the socialist left loves Bill Ayres--Obama's good friend and expert on domestic terrorism--and he bombed public buildings built with taxpayer money.

The best that can be said about him is he won the Cindy Sheehan impersonation contest. And Dodd took outright bribes and gifts from Countrywide Mortgage, but continues to deny that--oh, and did I mention he is the Chairman of the Senate Financial Committee. I say we tell them to leave and if they don't, physically remove them. If you don't have a job, or you make minimum wage, or you haven't lost anything in this crash, just shut up--as the saying goes you don't have a dog in this fight. BTW, b/4 you start blathering about Bush or anybody else, I don't care--this is directed at the scum who have the biggest share of the blame.

Once again the Democrats are allowing the brain-dead, Far-Left anarchists and socialists to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Lies and slander against McCain and continual attacks on Sarah's family, and her personal choices, and their (the loser left) denial of her obvious accomplishments and qualifications is boosting the Repubs to what could be a landslide. NObama is sooo Presidential he attacks the VP nominee from the GOP, yet he REFUSES to discuss his plans for anything. Saying he wants universal health care is not a plan and the guy wants so much, you might wonder if he's still using.

Before you answer, please get a copy of the plan first. Ya gotta count ALL the tax changes he wants, not just the income and SS tax increases for the so-called rich. 28% tax for all tax brackets on home sales profit--the only people moving will be the rich elitists like the NObama's--which will cause the home building industry to evaporate. Or the death tax so you so regardless of your tax bracket, only the wealthy like Nobama, Kennedy, Edwards, Bush, etc. will be able to pass expensive pieces of property to their kids and grand kids. NObama has a tax for EVERYONE, but hey listen to Axlerod and not me. four years from now when you should be making a better living, it will be going to taxes. Read his plan before you respond.

I don't mean listening to him, CNN or FOX or reading some damn paper, I mean RESEARCH. If you haven't, you should get a copy of his plan and ask you tax man to fill you in, before you get all gagga eyed over this guy. Of course, the more you have, the more is at stake here. You want to pay a 28% tax on the profit when selling your house. Before the real estate bubble bursting, a 28% tax on real estate property could have easily cost middle-income home sellers over $100K in several parts of the country. And real estate will be back to where it was within the next 24 months.
