Shouldn't Barney Frank and Chris Dodd get the death penalty for the greed and corruption?

No they shouldn't. If we execute them we need to turn to 50% or so of the American population next. There are plenty of greedy and corrupt people, but because they aren't politicians you want to say it is ok? Well if we are executing for those "crimes" then we can't leave people alone just because we aren't as effected by them. My problem is there are so many who could have got a first house, but went for a bigger one just to look better. I feel bad for the people locally who got in trouble because Predatory lending, and we have people going to trial about it. Turns out some people were really committing a crime about it. It's a shame because these WERE poor people who weren't given a choice. The value of the houses were inflated. It wasn't as much that they were buying houses they couldn't afford, it was houses they should have been able to afford. Now I do have issues with people who could have bought a $100,000 house but went for the $150,000 house because it was nicer and then got in trouble.
