I'm thinking about starting up a ticket broker business. I need to do more research and build up a bit more capital, but I would like to try it. I'm in Illinois and the laws here are probably the most strict in the country. I need $100,000 in capital and I have to pay the state $100 annually for a license. The $100 isn't a big deal, but the $100,000 is. Anyway if I bought season tickets for some team outside of Illinois (let's say NY), would the state laws of the sellers location, buyers location, or venue location apply? Or if anyone from Illinois knows more about the laws here could you please inform me.

I just upgraded to windows 10 and the touch pad scroll wasn't working right. So I deleted etd control center and wanted to reinstall. Now I can't find a download anywhere online and I can't scroll with my touchpad. Anyone have an idea. I've been looking for over an hour now.

So the coupon is called "double the money". What I have to do is take it up to the cashier and give them either $50, $100, or $250. In return I will get coupons which can be used at slots or tables (I only play tables) equaling $100, $200, or $500 depending on what I buy in for. These coupons will be worth $5 each. Sounds like a good deal at first but then I start reading the details. Assume I'm talking about blackjack if you get confused. The details say on a losing hand the coupon will be collected. On a winning hand the winnings will be paid back in chips and then the coupon will still be collected. It is not specific on how much the winning hand will pay. For example if I bet a $5 coupon on 1 hand and I win, I'm not sure if I will be given $5 in chips or $10 ($5 for winning plus $5 for my original bet after the coupon is taken). So I guess my question is should I go try out this promo?

My cousin and I started a game where she plays blue and I play red. We don't have yellow. We both took squirtle and now we don't know how to get the other 2. I know we can trade but we don't have another copy of the game to trade from. Is there any other way?

Ok here's situation. I'm not going to put whether I am the buyer or the seller to try to keep it unbiased. The buyer bought a Nintendo Entertainment System on ebay on 3/1 and received it on 3/7. The buyer played the system for a couple days suddenly wants a refund complaining that the system flashes and freezes plus one of the controllers isn't working right. The listing says buyer must contact seller within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund. Today is 3/15. The buyer writes a message to the seller asking for a refund. The seller responds by saying the system worked perfect when he sold it so a refund was denied because the seller assumes that the buyer broke the console by using dirty games or is trying to return a different console. The buyer responds by saying all the games used were clean and the serial number will match the one on the seller's records if it is shipped back. Buyer sent the case to ebay. Who do you think will win? Sorry if it is confusing at all. I'll try to clarify if you ask me any questions below. You can probably figure out who I am, but I tried to keep it unknown.

I'm trying to make a list of all the different NES cartridges, but these kind of games kinda throw me off. I know of the Super Mario Bros cartridges like with tetris and nintendo world cup. But are there others games that have this. I don't mean like 6 in 1 or action 52. I mean like they took a full game that had its own cartridge at one point and mixed it with something else to get a new cartridge.

I need all the NES games on this list which includes licensed and unlicensed games. I am only concerned with the North American games. I tried looking it up online, but although there are many places with a list I'm not sure which one I can trust to be the most accurate. Anyone have a good list or a link to a list that is 100% accurate. I wanted to start collecting, but I need a solid accurate list. Accuracy is my number 1 need.

I have found several things that are the exact opposite were it is RCA output to vga input, but I can't find it the other way around. I even bought one online for a couple dollars to see if maybe it would work and it didn't. Here's my situation. I have a the yellow white and red rca cables coming out of something that I need to hook up to my tv. However if my tv didn't have problems I could just hook it up with no problem. But for a reason I don't want to get into I can't use the RCA inputs on my tv. So I have to find some way to convert this rca cable into something else. VGA seems like the best option because its cheaper than RCA to HDMI. Maybe there's another way I don't know about. Anyways I just need to use a different input on my tv other than RCA when the thing I'm trying to hook has to options and RCA is the best way to output the A/V signals.

I'm trying to hook up an NES if anyone wants to know. lol

My laptop that I got back in the summer of 2009 just decided it didn't want to turn on anymore. I turns on for a few seconds and turns off. I tried a new power cord that didn't work. So I'm gonna return the cord and get a new computer.

So I've never shopped for a laptop before since my last one was a gift. What I needed was a laptop with at least windows 7 but I prefer 8. I don't know the price difference between the 2 so if it pretty big I'd rather just get 7. My spending limit is about $500. I need a good battery life and laptop that is decent for games. But battery life is most important to me. Thanks

I was thinking about busting out the old NES I have tucked away in a dresser or closet somewhere. But all the games that I have for it I know way too well. These games are super mario bros 1 and 3, paperboy, yoshis cookie, california games, and a few more that I can't think of right now. I never had or played contra though so I want to play that. My collection is limited since I was born in 1990 so I wanted to get some new ones. Anyone have a good list of maybe 15-20 games? Believe it or not I have never played a zelda game in my life so I want to try those and I might as well start from when the series started.

Also I have one more question. Should I play these games on my NES or just download an emulator and buy an NES controller that plugs into a USB?

Here's some of the pros and cons for playing on an actual NES.

+It feels "right"compared to an emulator

+Get to play on a tv compared to a small computer screen

-The NES is very temperamental. It works when it wants to work.

-Cost of the games.

Playing on an emulator.

+Games are nearly limitless and free.

+Don't have to mess with wires to my already crazy set up on my tv.

-cost of the NES USB controller.

-Not as awesome as the NES.

So NES or emulator?

I hope to get opinions from people outside of chicago about this.

So the other day me and my friend got in an argument over the cubs and the sox. He is the cubs fan and I'm the sox fan. So the first I told him was the sox have had a better history than the cubs. He obviously disagreed and said the cubs had like 20 championships. I told him who cares about championships in the 1800's. Anyone agree with that? I went on to say that they probably played with rocks and there were probably only 4 teams and it was no where near, not even a fraction of the competition that it is today. Does anyone know what baseball was like in the late 1800's? I don't even know. I was just assuming and maybe exaggerating a little. Does anyone really care what happened in the 1800's?

This wasn't part of our conversation but here are some stats on these 2 teams. I'll try to limit my obvious bias here. Tell me who you think has the better history/franchise based on quality of baseball.

Cubs have won 2 world series in 1907 and 1908 and an unknown, at least to me, number of championships. Sox have won 3 world series in 1906, 1917, and 2005 plus they might have won some championships in the past.

Cubs have gone 104 seasons without winning a world series and that number continues to rise. Sox went 88 years without winning the world series and had the black sox issue in 1919.

Cubs have the most wins ever by any team (I might be wrong on this). Sox beat the cubs in the 1906 world series.

Sox hold a 49-41 record against the cubs.

So based on these stats and anything else that you might know about these 2 teams who won this stupid argument and who has the better franchise/history? Also if you could just mention which team your a fan of. I won't count cubs or sox fans votes in this because of the obvious bias.

I had the scorecenter app on my phone earlier today. I downloaded the latest update earlier and I tried to open the app when it was done and it would open and close without getting past the loading screen. So I tried restarting my phone to see if that helped. It didn't. So I tried deleting it and reinstalling it. So I deleted it and went to the App Store but it isn't on there anymore. What happened to it? Can I get it back? I have an iPhone 3GS if that matters.

Me and some friends want to go to vegas next winter. Since its next winter I got plenty of time to save up the money. I live in Chicago and I want to take a plane there. So taking that into consideration how much do you think it would cost for a round trip ticket, hotel, food, and a couple hundred dollar of spending/gambling money? I never planned a trip like this before so I'm not quite sure what I'm in for.

Here's my situation. I'm trying to hook up an n64 to my hd tv and the 2 different generations don't like each other. Running it through the a/v inputs on the tv works but there is a problem with my tv the causes the screen to flash green were nothing is visable for 2-3 seconds. It hard to explain but the important part is the a/v input is not an option.

So it there something I can buy so that I can plus the a/v (yellow red and white) into a a composite (red blue and green) cord. I'm not sure if I'm using the right terms. Just go by the colors I mentioned. I looked on ebay and since I might not have the right words I couldn't find what I needed. I just need to use a dufferent input on my tv other than the a/v. I'd rather not use an hdmi converter (which I saw on ebay) because they are a little more than I want to spend and I don't have all 4 of my hdmi inputs taken up by cable, xbox 360, ps3, and wii u. Any ideas? feel free to send a link to an ebay item. I had trouble finding one myself though.

I don't really feel like paying $60 per game for my new wii u. That adds up quickly. Anyone know some good deals? Either on cyber Monday or anyother time than Black Friday. I'm not going out in those crowds lol.

I didn't know until today that pre order can be sold out. So I'm kinda behind since the pre-order release day was in September and everything went quickly. So is there anyway I can either pre-order it or get it on the release date?
