My baby is tranisitioning from breastfeeding but will not take a bottle and refuses regular whole milk. I tried soy milk in a sippy cup and she loves it. Does this have enough nutrients like whole milk? What are some other good foods to feed a one yr old?

We are deciding between buying a Metro Pass or going on one of those double decker sightseeing tours. We don't mind walking either. We figure we would have more time to look at things with the metro because the buses run only until 5pm. We also would like to know if we should take the stroller and if we can bring it on the metro? We are not familiar with the area and would like to see and do the most we can fit into the 2 day trip. Any Advice would help! Thanks

we are going to superbowl and grandma is coming down to visit and watch baby. we will only be gone for about 6 hrs but worried baby will not eat. When she falls asleep then wakes up she goes into a crying tantrum and will only stop when i breastfeed,. Any suggestions or tips.

My 3 month old seems to have a routine through the day now. She wakes up at 8am eats and then plays in her bouncer for an hr sleeps in her swing for a couple hrs wakes back up to eat then goes in her exersaucer and we read for a half hr and so on.... Just wondering what your babies routine is.

My husband is a physical therapist and makes $55 a visit doing home health I was thinking of going to school to be an LPN or RN and get into Home health also working p/t...Does anyone know any info about nursing in home health (like do i need experience in a hospital setting before applying) and which path would be more rewarding and easier lpn/rn?

I am interested in getting my nursing degree and then working towards being a PSR. DO companies hire people with just an associate degree or will i need a bach degree? Any firsthand info on getting into the field would help out.What would be the best path to take. Thanks!

First time buying a bed and was going to order it through IKEA the bed says it comes with the midbeam which keeps th emattress in place but the slated bed base is not included does that mean i need to buy one or can it do without? Will the midbeam hold my mattress? Any info would help thanks!

The hospital further away from my home def has better medical technology but also uses and supports alot of intervention and i plan to go natural as i did with my first child. The smaller hospital allows more requests such as my daughter being in the labor room with me and walking around etc.. I am just worried that if an emergency did arise i would be better off at the larger hospital. My dr now does not deliver at the smaller hospital so i would also need to switch dr;s but i don't feel comfortable with him anyways... so what would you do??
