Who, Me?? ...I'm Lost...

My kitten was scratched by his sister about six days ago, and his eye is still pink and seepy. The inner lid is a little swollen, but not to the point that he can't open it. Is this normal, or should I take him to the vet? Will it cause blindness if I wait it out?

and I have no idea where to buy powdered egg whites. Can I substitute? If not, where can I buy some?
