I have a Hunter model 44100 thermostat. I just turned the heat on and I can not adjust the temperature. When I press the up or down adjustment buttons, I get no response. All of the other buttons work. The heater is blowing hot air, just no way to set the temperature. I have reset the thermostat and changed the batteries, with the same problem. Any suggestions?

I recently bought a 2015 Kia Sorento. It has built in Bluetooth. I am wanting to buy an in-dash DVD/CD player with Bluetooth capabilities. Can this be tied into the factory Bluetooth microphone, or will I have to use the wired one that comes with the radio?

I have power to everything, but when I turn the key to start the engine, I get nothing. There is a buzzing noise coming from the fuse box under the glove compartment when I turn the key on. I traced the buzzing to fuse #102. This is a 30A maxi fuse for the ignition switch/starter solenoid. When I take this fuse out, the buzzing stops, but I also lose power to the ignition. I replaced this fuse with a spare that is #105, and still get the same problem. What could this be? I am no car mechanic and I do not know anything about checking voltage. Could this be a simple solution?? Thank you

I have a 2003 Ford Expedition XLT with a 4.6 Triton engine with 191K miles. I noticed around 175K miles that I was losing about a quart of oil per 1K miles, sometimes losing more oil. There is no evidence of a leak anytime I park, even overnight. I notice gray smoke sometimes out of the tailpipe upon starting, but not every time. I do not notice any smoke upon acceleration. Ford specs for this vehicle call for 5W-20 oil, which I have used since I bought this truck when it had 47K miles on it. Oil and filter changes every 3K miles. PVC valve was recently changed when I noticed the issue. I'm not sure what brand the PVC valve is, but I purchased from the Ford dealership. I recently went up to Quaker State Defy 10W-30 with no improvement. Any suggestions of what I can do? Would it hurt anything to put a higher weight oil in? If so, what is the max weight I should use?

My ignition coil in one of my cylinders keeps breaking off at the mounting screw. This is the third time in two weeks. What could be the possible reason??

I have two Kicker Solo Baric L5's with a Kicker 750 amp pushing them, powered by a Pioneer CD player. I have had them hooked up for years with no problems. I took the subs out of the truck for about two months, but I did not mess with any wiring at all. When I put the subs back in, I now have engine noise coming through them. I have checked the ground and it is secure at the amp and grounding point on the car body, which was grinded down to bare metal. What else can I check?

I have a mini garden pond. The pump is pumping perfectly. But recently, the piece that the pump hose hooks to that shoots the water back into the pond has slowed dramatically. I don't know what it is called, but it is a decorative piece (mine is a turtle sculpture) that the hose hooks to and the water shoots out of its "mouth" back into the pond. I don't know how to clean it out because there is no way to take it apart. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

A while ago, I set my spam settings to delete spam immediately. Now, the settings have changed and I can't figure out how to change the spam to where it does not delete automatically. I would like to delete my spam messages manually. How is this done?

I have a 2003 Ford Expedition. I have had this problem before. After removing a tire or after the shop removes a tire, when I try to remove it after it has been driven for a while, it is near impossible to break the lugs. It doesn't matter how they are torqued when they are put back on, they always get extremely tight. I had a flat this ?orning and could not remove the tire because of this. I had to pump up the tire with a compressor and bring it to Wal Mart, and they could not even break the lug nuts there. What causes this, and is there anything I can do to prevent it?
