I'm having a Post Holiday party in January and would like to make some appetizers that can be baked and frozen or that can be assembled, frozen and baked at the party.

I've done salads and used them in stir fries. I've dried some as well. I have canned tomatoes for years but never had so many grape tomatoes. We thought we planted "Roma" tomatoes in the Spring but the plants were mis-marked.

When we bought the tomato plants in the Spring they were all labeled "Roma". All but two plants turned out to be grape tomatoes. I've dried some of them but would be very interested in ideas to preserve them.

I'm having surgery that will keep me pretty confined for almost 6 weeks. I'm trying to prepare some meals that my husband can pull out of the freezer and pop in the oven. I've already done lasagna and chicken pot pies. Any other ideas? (He's not a fussy eater at all!)

Patches Kennedy has decided not to run again. Perhaps they have finally seen the future.

Obama's boy Rham Emanuel insulted every parent and family member of a special needs child. The word "retarded" is as offensive to the families of special needs as the "N word" is to African Americans. I have worked with Eunice Shriver's Special Olympics for years. That word is NEVER used by intelligent people. Mr. Emanuel needs to do more than simply offer an apology to a Kennedy family member.

I would like to find a pattern that is done in DK yarn.
