Over the final consonant of Yahweh, HE, in the Hebrew text of Prov 8.13 there is a diacritical mark in the form of a cane.?
Any suggestions as to its meaning. It is not a vowel marking but could it be a marking of a silent HE?

Do a google search for "1ofSelby's Hurricanes". Compare the CSU forecast for 2007 with those of 1ofSelby's. Finally compare both with the actual results found at http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/ Did anyone do better? It is good practice to verify forecasts of any kind.
