I have a DV in the past that has been expunge! EXPUNGE! I have 8 year in the Navy and now I want to return to the service after all the hard work to get my record cleaned. According to the court I schould be able to go back in but the FU**ing Military Recruiters said I cant because of my past. I explained it to them but all they gave me is disapoinment! I love the Military its my life. I never got in trouble other than marrying a whore who mess-up my life. The judge also advic e me not to say anything about it cause its no longer exist and I did try but the recruiters still treatened me if I lied! What Im going to do. Im all out of evrything. The military is all my chance to get better again. Civillian Co. makes me sick! Who is the much powerfull or mos informed the Judge or the Recruter. I already waste two months of my time dealing with recruiters but nothing in the end. Im so phisically fit, I got out as a honorable discharge, Im willing to sacrifice my self for this country. What the F!

In the Navy you can do that but you have to become a slave to earned that unless your an officer, I had my time and being in the Boat for how many months before you see other country and sometimes you dont even really get to stop by and hangout in the place becaue so many BS going on and sometimes if you ever get lucky that is BS! and I will never play that again....So since Army is more shore duty Do they have a unit or command that do a lot of travel without going trough BS!......

Hi there! I been out in the service for almost 4years. I got out as an E5 after 8 years and discharge Honorably. I had a DV situation before this that did not affect my career in the Mil. due to my excellent service. anyways, I had to deal with the 3 years probation and all necessary things to do and now I completed that outstandingly. So now my records are expunge...The Navy is taking me back but Im not sure why the Army doesn't. I wish togo to the Marines but running is my weekness and I know that I cant ever run 3miles all the time. so anyways, Im up for a Army challenge and the bunos is nice thats why Im motivated to sign up for the A. but they are stressing me up. Schould I just lie to tell them that I dont have a record. Im being honest but they dont seem to get it. I did research what expunge means already and when they hear the DV word the attitude change and they treat me like a criminal. I proven my innocent, I have good record to support, Im so in the Military and love this country so much, the hell is wrong with this people. Government itself makes alot of mistakes. They force people (the soldiers) to stay when they have the right to leave and have them procecuted when they dont co-operate to agree. There are many people out there want to join but just for a little mistake they treat them like ****. I dont understand, If I know, they even give an option to those young guys who commited multiple crimes to either join the military or jail and I know for a fact that this is happening until now. What do you think.

I want divorce for so long but I jus't dont know how to get it over. I cant afford it and so with my evil wife. Im to busy trying to survive so I can support myself and my son and when it comes to paperworks I just cant focus. I know that I need to get a lawyer but when i think that word It feels like a breakdown. anyways, I hear that in Vegas there are lawyers who can do it for 500 to 1000 and Its a quick one. Both sides are not subjecting. NO property, No Child disagreement. (just no contest I guess) Anyways, I live here in Anaheim,California. Is there someone I can find like that.

Im just wondering! Is there a Values class subject for elementary, high school or even collegehere in America. Where I originally came from, We do have this subject and that covers Religion on How to respect others. Values in our home on how to properly communicate with our family etc. dealing with people, professionalism, Honor, meaning of Pride,Etc.

I change my brakes on my Nissan maxima 1993 and now my brake pedal are so soft and Im aware that its now dangerous to drive. This is my first time that happens to me. I have change brake pads so many times but this one really gave me problem. If theres air inside my lines then What can I do. If this is a big kind of job how much would it cost me. I just got a 1993 nissan maxima. paid 2500 for it. after 3 days start coming out of smoke from below the transmission. is this mean I need it to replace it before i totally destroyed it or is there anything i can do stop this and move on. has a 150,000miles. good looking car and run very comfortable but seems i got fooled.

My Credit history is so bad started 3 years ago. before it was great! Now I have been trying to consolidate it so many times with all this bank who says they can help! In return even I offered to have my payment taken out automatically in my outstanding acount but still discualified me. What the hell is going with this people! I just installed my new catalytic converter and theres a lot of smokes coming out. smell like fuel! is this normal and its also showing me a engine light fault. Is this also normal. Im 28 year old male and I just noticed that I'm having a big problem eating fruit lately. (2months) everytime I eat fresh fruit like bananana, avocado, cantalope etc. my troat get so irritated like Im being poisoned. everytime this thing happened, I run to make hot/warm water and drink eat and after a while will disappear. We have a avocado tree and feel so bad I cant eat the damn fruit. is this problem familiar to anyone here? If so please I need your info or advice and thank you.
