I have been bedridden for seventeen years. Even though I'm a doctor there's nothing further that can be done for my condition. this past year my health has really taken a downwards spiral. I'm tired of fighting the battle of living each day. The challenges are becoming too much for me. I would appreciate any thoughts anyone has on this. I really don't know what to ask.

I have been in the number one spot in pain management and I have answered over 400 questions that have been marked as best. When you look at the yahoo statistics it says I only have 191. Why aren't they updating the statistics?
