I'm REALLY hungry right now, but I don't feel like eating. Like If I eat even a healthy proportion meal, It gives me this dull achy feeling all in my back kinda like acid reflux except milder and somehow more annoying. I can't describe it really. So today I ate a cookie, some sunflower seeds, a cup of juice, and a bite of beef jerky. I've been nibling a lot cuz I'm hungry but eating more than a few bites makes me feel sick. If I get used to eating less like this for a couple of days will my apetite decrease? I was just wondering cuz I want to lose weight. I'm NOT DOING THIS TO LOSE WEIGHT! I'm not working out right now because I don't want to run out of energy from not eating much. I'm basically wondering if eating little for a few days will assist me in avoiding binging when I actually start a healthy diet and exercise routine next week. Kinda like fasting sort of?

This dosn't have much to do with the religion, but I figured it would be best to ask the opinions of Jehovah's witnesses because you would understand my goals better due your beliefs and what they involve. Anyways, I REALLY do have goals for 2009, and they are all realistic because of my current circumstances. I just turned 16, my family has come across ALOT of money, and I have readiness to leave all of the terrible things in the past and move on with my life. so tell me, are these good(and/or fun) goals? (also, I STRONGLY beleive in and love Jehovah, I just haven't been active in the truth since I was 8, so I don't knoww what to call myself as far as religious matters go)

one more thing,some of these are personal goals, some goals just for fun, and some serve multi purposes.

1. make to as many meetings as possible.

2. Make it to the assmebly

3. of course, The memorial for Jesus (although I'm inactive,I haven't missed a memorial since BIRTH!

4. preach the good word of Jehovah.

5. Go to Reno (i live close, and it's fun)

6. Go to San Francisco ( live VERY close, want to go more often)

7. Go to L.A. for the first time in my life

8. Go to El Paso TX, to visit relatives.

9. Go to Santa Cruz CA (again, i live close)

10. Spending more time with friends

11. MOVING into a house (moving from an apartment)

12. Losing 20 lbs. (lost 15, 20 more to get in good shape)

13. volunteer work (this serves 3 purposes to me)

14. spending even MORE family time (I already spend alot of fam time)

15. becoming a certified babysitter (just to earn some money)

16. meeting MANY new people through work, religion, volunteer service, and school.

17. going into junior year of high school at public school(homeschooled this year due to BAD social anxiety disorder)

18. getting my driver's lisence

19. Gaining more happiness and confidence overall!

I'm just tired of isolating myself from the world and not fullfilling my dreams and hopes, i'm tired of being depressed, I've gotten help, these goals are VERY realistic (VERY, according to my family too) and I need to Change my life for the better, and be a teenager while I can!

On a normal basis, I NEVER drink water. For at least a month now, i've been eating pretty badly. So I decided "I'm getting so unhealthy, I need to get back on track, again with my diet" ( I'm not really fat, 128 lbs, just a little chubby for my height 5'0) So since I never drink water on a normal basis, I need re-hydrate. Every time I decide I need to re-hydrate, meaning I start drinking 8 cups of water everyday, I feel sick and dizzy. And I'm not drinking my water too fast, I drink it through out the day. My dad said it's basically because I have so many toxins in my body, that when I start eating right and drinking lots of water, the toxins in my body are getting "loosened up" and after a week or two of drinking 8 glasses of water a day, I'll be detoxed by alot and I won

t feel sick anymore. Is he right?

okay, this is a little mean, but I was at the pool today with my lilttle brothers, and there was a cat. my youngest brother(10) dangled some keys to attract the cat, and when the cat got really close, he screamed really high pitched and loud in its face, and the cat ran away. It was SOOO random, and kinda mean, but i though it was hilarious

I don't know how it got there!!! I didn't know there were deers around here! what should i do? it was just standing there and then it layed down and slept! what should I do!? haha, this is so weird!

Is there any scriptures in the bible that sort of advise or command us to be observant of religious beliefs? any that you can think of at the moment?

I'm only 15 and I've been inactive in the truth for a while but I want to come back soon, that's the only reason I don't know the answer to this.

I have a flu, but I have no cough. And my throat is only slightly sore.

My nose is congested though, but the whole time i've had this flu, it has been VERY runny and never completely pluged up to where i can't breathe. This whole flu has mainly been VERY bad aches and pains with a high fever and bad headache. no stomach ach though. So since i don't have a cough, can i drink milk?
