4 Months ago I was in a motorcycle accident and broke my ankle and big toe and am still experiencing severe pain, however it is not where either fracture occured.

Lower fibula fracture on the right ankle. Fracture accured right above the lateral malleolus.

Also fractured the big toe on the same foot at the first joint.

The ankle fracture did not require any pins or rods, nor did it require surgery.

During healing time I suspected additional damage to my foot due to the top part of my foot constantly hurting, felt like a tendon or ligament issue.

I had multiple X-rays done at 3 locations all of which only pointed to the mentioned fractures.

4 months after the injury I'm able to walk around fine, however my foot still bugs me, but not where my ankle was fractured.

The heel of my foot, as well as the entire ball area of my right foot are in pain. Also have a severe lack of usual strength when trying to stand on my toes / balls of my right foot.

When I do try to stand on the toes / balls the entire top of my foot, and the outer right edge from the pinky toe to the ankle hurt drastically.

I'm a pretty big guy, 6'2 300lbs and have my mind set on getting an adventure bike, however im not sure on which one would be good for me. I'm a complete beginner if it helps.

Any recommendations?

My friend has found some military ribbons at a estate sale and picked them up and has been trying to figure out what they are, he has found a couple which are awarded to usmc or navy, but he has one toward the top middle of the bracket that is solid black with 2 clusters and we couldn't find anything on it.

Anyone know what this ribbon might be?

I'm 20 years old and today woke up with my knee in sever pain, i can bend it back fine but can't straighten it out past a certain point, can barely walk, it feels like my knee is popped out of place or something, i can really turn my leg over or anything.

do you cast it out, let it sink then just start reeling in slowly? or do you jig it a bit? and when a fish bites do you still yank to hook it?

also do you keep your pole low to the water when reeling/pulling in the fish?

i found a old green pocket knife in my dads tackle box.its a single blade knife,it has a button which lets you open and lock then close the knife and below that is a small silver lever like thing which can go up and down but i can't figure out what it does.

what does this little lever do?
