  • My legs are shacking sometimes (I heard that I do it in sleep). Vitamin/mineral deficiency? Or neural?

In sleep my legs are shacking (for a very short time but violently). I'm told I do it more often when I drink caffeine (from Coke) or after stressful days, but I'm not fully sure of the cause. Any experiences, any suggestions?

  • Poll: Creationists and your view about Science (no doctrinal arguments)!?

This question is reposted and rephrased:

    1. I you have a family member that have to face a medical procedure, and he/she would accept a procedure that is against your beliefs (like: medical driven abortion to save mom life, etc.), would you sign for it if it would need your signature to do go forward intervention, even doctors and the patient would agree to do it, and is against because of your beliefs?

    2. Should someone with compatible beliefs with yours go to a school that have a biological classes that teach biological evolution?

    3. Do you consider that high education (Bachelor, Master and/or PhD) should be a part of your study/your family members?

(please to focus less on argumentation about your doctrine, but more about which is your view.) It would help if you post in short which denomination/belief.

  • Poll: Mormons, Jehovah Witness, Fundamentalist Christian and Modern Science?

If you are not a Mormon, JW or Fundamentalist Christian, please not to comment.

If you are in those groups, this poll is not to question your beliefs (which are taken for granted), but to see if there is your acceptance with modern science.

  • If Russel will have his doctrines, will he be disfellowshipped by JW?

... and how you decide then, when a JW is telling the truth? I mean doctrinally (poke intended). Will you disfellowship him for worshiping Jesus? What's the propose of making someone a great person, and you as a Jehovah's Witnesses cannot follow his example, by simply study the Bible and take doctrines by your own without the fear of being banned from your church and your family?

  • Why Jehovah Witness do not use Yahweh naming?

Jehovah's Witnesses are proudly saying that they are the only one calling God by name. In fact, I live in a country (Spain, Madrid) where the Bible uses Jehovah as naming. Yet, even is not a central doctrine, and sometimes is used by other names of God (Elohim or Adonai), Why JW do not try to fix their naming to use the most close name that God would have: Yahweh (which is accepted by scholars as the most close to the Hebrew naming)? If is because it was imported through the Bibles, why don't use other God given names, like Elohim or Adonai, and just stick to Jehovah?

  • What should I do for best outcome for 2 months of gym?

For two months of gym that I can do as best exercises (as I'm a full novice) to reduce weight (the first wanted outcome) and if possible some muscles too.

Also I'm just on the upper margin of the normal weight (6 feet and 183 pounds male).

I can do up-to six hours a day of any kind of sport, so which are your recommendations?

Note: I'm not interested in the magic pill diet, or berry berry.

  • What is best Linux distribution? Ubuntu Dapper or Novell SUSE Enterprise Desktop?

I use Ubuntu Dapper and I love it but I sow a lot of media related informations about how great is Novell Desktop and diserve it's price (50 USD). My question, because Ubuntu I can get for no price, it diserves in the point of view of developper or home user (that are the points that I use most) to pay and use Novell Desktop? Ubuntu seems to me with a newer desktop but less polished. If I will buy Novell Desktop I will sustain the projects that Novell keeps like Mono, XGL and compiz. I wait your answers
