I got a tattoo few months ago and it got infected with cellulitis, i didnt know you were suppose to wait a year or something like that before getting another one.. also i didnt take the drugs the dr gave me because i was taking amoxicillian and the infection was clearing up.

anyway, I got a tattoo of two little paw prints on my foot on the 16/06 and im worried its infected already.. since i had cellulitis i have a high risk of infection again thats why i was to wait a year.

my foot is swollen a lot, which i got told would be normal by the people at my tattoo studio, but its still really red around the tattoo area, it is also stiff and hard to move my foot. the area is warm, and really really itchy around the tattoo, like at least an inch from the tattoo is where it's itchy.

the tattoo its self is starting to scab and after i put a lil bit of lucas paw paw ointment on it, it leaked a little bit of clear liquid and was some gooey ink.

also, the day after i got tattooed i had to work so i wore cotton socks and loose boots, i had my foot elevated when i could and drank a lot of water.

is any of this not normal?

what is the healing process of a foot tattoo?

I got my third tattoo on 12th of this month. The day after tattooing I broke out in what looks like tiny little bumps that looks like blisters. All around the area of my tattoo and its even spread over the last couple of days.

I stuck by the after care instructions unlike my other ones which turned out fine, but this one just went into a rash, it's not itchy but when I do itch the bumps it hurts. After I clean the area with soap it settles down but then shortly after it goes back to being hard out red and inflamed I suppose

I only have black ink so I can't be allergic to red coloring. And the Lucas paw paw cream I use doesn't affect me anywhere else but on this tattoo.

I went to my tattoo shop and they said its just a reaction to the cream but I stopped using the cream two days after my tattoo and starting using aloe Vera which hasn't made any changes I even took some allergy tablets and nothing.

I've read stuff a out it being acne like but they are more blisters than anything as I think some of then have popped and leaked clear fluid.

Any idea of what could of caused it? Or if it will go away?

I got my tattoo on Sunday 12. (My third tattoo). After I got it done, I did what the aftercare introductions said, wait a hour and then wash it gently.. I didn't do that with any of my tattoos and they turned out perfect. However, with this one it's turned out red all around my arm with what looks like blisters around the tattoo. The tattoo it's self isn't affected, just the outside area.

Sometimes it's itchy sometimes it's not. I think at first I was using too much pawpaw cream but I stopped using it and the red went down but still stayed.

I'm worried that since the guy I went to was apprentice that he's done something wrong, I've seen some of his work before and it turned out great. I know the studio well and they are so strict on hygiene, so I don't think it'd be caused by using dirty needles.

Any idea of what I can be?

So, a while ago I bought a couple movies from Itunes for my iPad which has always been in sync with my laptop. Buy my laptop broke and had to get a whole new hard drive put in and so i lost pretty much everything but I re-synced my iPad to my laptop and everything but some of my movies I bought had gone back onto my laptop.

Ive tried going into iTunes on my laptop and re-downloading it again but it wont let me, also it says its in my purchases but cannot be found anywhere...

is there anything I can do without having to buy them again?

So i got my lip pierced on thur 6th sep. so its been five days. Tomorrow i have work and they are really strict on facial piercings. Save the whole, shouldnt of got it then blah blah, Im a student working part time so im not too fussed.

I was wondering if itd be safe just to unscrew the ball off? I know about risk of infection also! its just cause my piercer decided to put a huge ball on! so it is noticeable.

my piercing isnt all that swollen anymore, day two was the worst and its better now.

My tv is a 32 Inch HD LCD Television with Built-in Freeview (NZ, Warehouse bought)

It was working fine last night, ever since ive had it its made like noises when i turned it off and on, (I bought it brand new) and now today its turning on (power light is on) but the screen is black and when I push the menu button nothing comes up but the tv acknowledges im pushing a button.

any ideas? and any ideas on how to fix it?!

So, i got my industrial on the 14th july this year and lately its been fine until now i was cleaning the inside of the top hole and its started to bleed, im scared its infected because my mums partner said thats a sign.

it keeps getting occasionally warm and then stops. it slightly hurts but not a lot, and i can lay on it but not for long as it starts to hurt more.

its not swollen or discoloured i think, just crusty and bleeding. oh and i used to cleaan it twice daily but for the past week ive cleaned it once a day

So i got a tattoo on the side of my finger on the friday 13th this year, i already have a tattoo so i know all the precautions and stuff... but i kinda scratched my finger and rubbed it a lot.. :( i know i shouldnt of and i regret it, so save me the lectures please.

just now its all raised up like the outline and im kinda worried its going to stay and scar like that.. will it go down or not? :(

I was wondering what are the signs of infection in an industrial piercing..

I got my industrial on Thursday 5th July.

Yesterday my ear was hurting all the day, i cleaned it once in the morning and then again once at night... it was just a numb pain throughout the day and at work, (I have to wear a hat) i would switch between showing it and not having it shown because it would become irritated so I alternated to let it rest from being hidden... I cleaned it as soon as i got home from work, excessively more than normally do, because im afraid of getting it infected.

But today It felt fine in the morning even when I cleaned it but around lunch time I checked it in the mirror and it seemed to have gone red around the lower one, I mean its constantly red and swollen at the moment, but it seemed more red and swollen and its got a hardish lump to the side of the hole but doesnt look like there is any puss is this still a bad sign? :(

So i just got an industrial piercing and it hurts a lot.. I was wondering how long it normally hurts for? and any other info i should know about them...

it was kinda spur of the moment thing and i didnt really think about it cause im not smart haha.

Also, im suppose to go paintballing on the 11august which is a month and few days away, would it be ok by then?
