For over 1 yr there have been 6-8 extremely loud kids playing in the court daily. I work w/ kids & usually noise like that doesn't bother me, but this doesn't seem normal.

They literally SCREAM as they play. They ride bikes & scooters, almost hitting me & other tenants. They play with balls; our windows & walls have been hit multiple times. They climb on staircases as we go up. Once I left work from a migraine hoping to go home & rest. They were so loud & were hitting their ball on the wall & I couldn't even rest in my own room.

Rules from our Handbook:

-Lessee is responsible for the conduct of all occupants & guests of Lessee's & their adherence to these Apartment Community Rules at all times.

-The activities & conduct of Lessee, other occupants of Lessee's Premises & guests of Lessee, in common areas, parking areas, recreation facilities or anywhere on the Apartment Community Property, must be reasonable at all times & must not annoy, impair the safety of or disturb other persons.

-Bikes, roller skates, roller blades, scooters & skateboards may not be used &/or ridden on the Premises or anywhere on the Apartment Community Property. 

We spoke to the on-site apt. manager about this nearly 10 times & we have called the operator at the corporation. They say city noise ordinance applies after 10pm, nothing they can do. So why is there even a rule? 

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Is there anything else we can do?

I have 3,000 songs, about 20 apps, and about 30 pictures/videos.

I have about 1000 texts per month in each inbox/outbox

Will this be enough for me?

I'm planning on buying an iPhone 4s.

How long I can use internet/apps with this plan?

If it is possible, please tell me how many hours I could use up per month without exceeding 300 MB. I've researched this a lot but I'm still unsure

I hear about people signing up for walks, just to keep a good spot in line. I want to walk because it's for a great cause, so that's not my reasoning, but I didn't even know you could save your spot in line. Can I do this if I decide to walk with them and I already had a good spot?

Yesterday everything was working fine...all music/videos/apps ect. were listed in the library for iTunes. I logged out (logged out of my computer log-in, not the iTunes log-in) and I logged back in about two hours later and all my content was erased. I have no idea what happened. Today it's the same way. The weird thing is all the music is still saved in my Music folder in my computer's documents, but not in the Library for iTunes. How do I get them back in my library so I can put them on my iPod?

I tried calling iTunes but they were only going to help me if I paid a fee. I want to try and resolve this issue without paying.

I thought it might be my computer, since lately it's been acting up with other sites, however it seems as soon as the new version of Tumblr came along I can't search anything on tumblr without it freezing.
